This cozy lakefront short term rental is located on Watauga Lake in Butler, TN. Only about 20 miles from ski areas like Banner Elk, Sugar and Beech Mountains. Enjoy breathtaking views of the serene lake from the spacious front porch or take a dip in the refreshing waters. Inside, you'll find an open floor plan with plenty of room for large groups, plus modern amenities such as a full kitchen and satellite TV.

The Space:
This lakefront house is perfect for a large family vacation. It features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, providing plenty of room to sleep up to 10 guests comfortably. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all essential cooking appliances, cookware, utensils, and dishes, so you can easily prepare meals at home. The living area has an open floor plan and views overlooking the lake, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Outside there is a patio with outdoor furniture for lounging in the sunshine or enjoying some al fresco dining during warmer months.

Please note that when the water level is up the water can cover the patio area by the dock (as seen in current photos).

With easy access to boating, fishing, and other outdoor activities, this lakeside retreat is perfect for creating lasting memories with family and friends.

There is limited cell service at the house and in the surrounding area. If using GPS, enter the address before you lose cell service. We do have signs marking the entrance of the property and will send detailed instructions after you book. There is a landline in the house for emergencies and we will send you the number to share with friends and family before check-in.
