The house is very clean and well appointed. There was a lot of attention to detail with the layout, a well stocked kitchen (loved the disposable coffee cups), and things were labeled well (ex. Cabinets, light switches). The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and the TVs in each helped since we had a kid in the loft bedroom area. Once he was down for the night we didn't have to worry about sound traveling up the stairs with the TVs in the bedrooms. My son enjoyed the cozy loft area, but note it is best for kids 5 ft and under. The backyard is cute and has enough space for kids or pets. It is about a 10 minute walk to downtown, and a just few minutes drive, so shopping and restaurants are easy to get to.

A beautiful property

We rented this for a pastor friend and it was just what they needed. Plenty of room, quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of coffee shops, a nice backyard, and lots of space to relax.
