Ocean Garden #3 is a comfy condo on the ground floor, located just a short walking distance to the beach. This is the perfect vacation home for your entire family to enjoy! It is one block from BlackBeards restaurant, two blocks from the post office and three blocks from the movie theater and a new public boat ramp within a mile from the property. The Condo showcases hi-speed wireless internet, three (3) flat screen TVs, leather sectional sofas, granite counter tops, washer/dryer, central air, all tiled floors and much more.
The Master bedroom has a very comfortable King size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, which combined will easily sleep up to 6 guests. Each room has a flat screen LED tv and ceiling fans.
You will be staying within convenient access to all of the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, so you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops that is fully equipped. A washer and dryer and private parking for the complex also add convenience. Whether you enjoy the beach, a quiet pool or the South Padre Island night life, this is the perfect location for your stress-free South Padre Island getaway!

Spend the day relaxing at the beach, and the afternoons at the semi-private swimming pool (not heated)

Fourth of July gateway!

The condo was easy to find, parking excellent, the condition of the condo was as advertised and clean. All the things you need on a mini vacay away from home were there. The walking proximity to beach access 14 was less than 5 min. Beach access 14 is by far one of the best. If you are looking for a not crowded and family scene that’s the place to be.

Came in with no idea how fantastic our stay would be, ended just as I dreamed. My wife and I absolutely loved our stay, the house was beautiful and spacious and beyond all else, air conditioned. Nothing like coming home from a hot day at a sandy hot beach to a clean cold stay. I thank our hosts for letting us share in their paradise even just for a little while, a memorable trip I’ll always carry with me

Disappointing holiday weekend.

We were disappointed with our weekend stay at this condo in South Padre. Unfortunately, the property did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, we were provided with a broken broom, which made cleaning up difficult. During our stay, a leak occurred in one of the rooms — no one came by to check on the situation or help address it, so we had to clean up the mess ourselves.The biggest issue was the king-size bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. It was sunken in and offered no support, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep.The location itself was nice, but overall the experience in this unit was not pleasant, and we would not book here again unless significant improvements are made.

Roomy and nice condo

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this condo was. It was spacious and accommodated 4 humans and 2 large dogs. The furniture was comfortable and the appliances were nice. The master bed was very comfortable and the master shower was great! The pool was small, but good for a quick dip and adequate for the number of condo occupants to have individual time in it. There is a grassy lot next door that allowed our dogs to relieve themselves quickly. Bring your own bags to clean up after them! Good parking for 2 cars. A relative short walk to the beach or a short drive to the beach where you can park, fish, and allow the dogs to run free. We would recommend this property for price, comfort, amenities, access to beach, and walk ability to restaurants and stores. There is no view, but everything (including a view) is close by.

Nice Getaway

Overall our stay was great. Along with myself, I brought my two kids (age 14 and 12), my mom, a friend and my BIG dog. We had plenty of room, very spacious and enough beds and sitting places to enjoy our meals together. TV's were tricky to work but we eventually figured them out. The showers were HUGE and the water pressure was amazing. We had one little hiccup during our stay with someone complaining about my dog barking but communication with the owner was handled well and everything was fine. I guess he got nervous the two hours I left him alone because he doesn't bark when I am around. If you do bring a dog, there is a huge open lot right next to the complex where they can relieve themselves. You get your own parking space which can hold two cars and there is parking on the street north of the place. There is a shower outside in the pool area where you can rinse off everything after your beach trips. The only negative about this place was the fact that you are on the bottom floor, which means you hear everyone moving above you. It really is a wonderful place to stay and conveniently close to the beach and everything else.

Great place minus a few negatives

The place was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. The uncontrollable negative was the upstairs tenants that had loud kids running around and dirtied up the pool with trash and sand in the pool. Also the paint removal on the railing was a bit frustrating got all over our beach gear that we had outside our place. All in all we had a great time and would recommend this place!!!

Relaxing and comfortable

Location is perfect mid island and walking distance to multiple beach access points. We found the condo to be accommodating and the owner very easy to deal with and super responsive. Some items such as kitchen pots and pans could be updated as there was no pot to boil anything such as pasta etc. other than that we found everything that we needed during our stay. We particularly enjoyed the walking/bike path along Beach street just steps from the condo. Great place for a family getaway weekend- not the Ritz Carlton but definitely very roomy, clean and comfy which is exactly what we were looking for.

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. Clean, a block from the beach access, and centrally located near all of the businesses. Roberto was very accommodating and answered all of our questions. Great Condo

Beautiful condo, well decorated, very well equipped and very well maintained. One of the main reason I rented this condo, they accepted pets. It was great since it was nice and quiet. I thought it would be closer to the beach, but the walking distance wasn't too bad. Had great communication with the owner, will definitely recommend to family and friends. The only complain I would have was that the pool wasn't well kept. The owner did provide me with a number to contact the person in charge of the pool, but never got a response.

exactly what I was looking for.

The property is exactly how it is pictured. Very clean and welcoming. We'll located, beach access is great! It doesn't matter if it's a family stay or a group, thus location can accommodate anyone. I will book this rental again for a return trip.

Property is on the ground floor of a nice quiet 8 condo building. Condo was exactly as advertised. Only a couple of minute walk to one of the many beach access points. Enjoyed the beach walking, biking and taking in the many things for Winter Texans to do on the Island. Roberto was very accessible for any questions. Would recommend this condo to others.

Definitely a great place to stay!

1st- Communication with Roberto was always two way and there were no questions that were not answered. 2nd- This was our first trip to SP and never really stayed in rentals before, always the hotel kind of guy. I can tell you this experience was great and a definite way to enjoy a vacation. The luxury of making breakfast on your time and convenience to the beach allowed us not to have to pack lunches and load to car for some fun in the sun. 3rd- The rental: it was stocked with utensils, cookware, coffeemaker and the items needed for comfort like coffee, filters, dishwasher detergent, towels, sundries for the bathroom. The rental does have Fair, Wear and Tear, i.e. some water stains, excess caulking in shower surrounds, but that is normal for any home with some age to it. The rental and all of its components were very clean and neat as the pictures show. The A/C was set for us when we arrived and was nice and cool. 4th- If you follow the directions to close the unit upon departure, you should not have any issues getting your deposit back. We departed on Thursday and by Friday afternoon, my full deposit was returned. Bottom-line: I would definitely stay in one of Roberto’s units again. Thanks Roberto

The condo is very clean and close to the beach. The owners are very nice and quick in responding to our requests. Just wish they put up some dark curtains in the rooms for people who wants to sleep in during vacation... just like me. Definitely highly recommended!!!

Amazing place.

This place is great it was very clean, spacious quiet and comfortable especially the beds. When we first arrived it didn't seem like the air was working I checked the unit myself since that that's my line of work and found the problem was dirty filters there was a spare for the unit itself but there was also one in the door that was completely plugged that there was no spare for I just took it out and after that the air was just fine. The website say's that you can walk to the beach but that's a matter of opinion, my wife and I are pushing 60 so a 1/2 mile walk in 95 degree temps with cooler, beach bag and beach chairs just wasn't practical for us but we did see younger couples with kids walking to the beach There are plenty of restaurants that are nearby that can be walked to and also a convenience store/gas station right next door which made it easy to get ice and snacks to take to the beach. My son had his laptop with him and I don't know if it was his computer or the condos WiFi but it took forever for something to come up almost like early 90's dial -up modem but that didn't matter we weren't there to spend time on the computer. We cooked in the unit a couple of times and found everything in order and working just fine. We used the pool a couple of times and it was very clean except for some beach sand which is to be expected. All in all we really like this place and it's probably one of the best condos we've ever rented on the island and would recommend it to anyone, Robert thanks for letting us stay there our dog seemed to love it also and you might want to get that filter replaced in the door. P.S. we will be back.
