The amount of amenities fit into this property was outstanding! There was never a time that me and the rest of my party were bored and we truly enjoyed every part of our trip! Very comfortable beds and William was always sure to reply if we had questions about anything. Amazing place!

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Some minor issues with 2 of the 3 showers, umbrellas near the pool were broken and did not provide any shade during hot days. New dishwasher was hard to use. Not enough pans to cook for a large group of 10. Poor lighting is several rooms, some lights out.
William was very helpful and available to answer our questions. House is nice and clean. Very nice coffee and tea bar to enjoy. Overall we had a great time
We had a wonderful stay at this property from July 9–12. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were absolutely amazing and became the highlight of our stay. They were clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Our family spent hours enjoying them, making them a fantastic feature for both adults and kids. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds and inviting living spaces. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while also providing a peaceful place to unwind. It truly felt like a home away from home.Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly, and memorable getaway!
My family and I stayed here. The pictures do not do this house justice it was so much more than we expected. This house is so beautiful and creative and huge! Everyone had a blast! Definitely staying here again on our next trip to JT!
This is a fun place to stay with its old west decor and themed rooms. The backyard is great - BBQ, hammocks, hot tub, pool -- as is the game room. Not so great: kitchen needs better supplies, house is quite dark and could use better lighting throughout.
We had so much fun the 1st time we came in January that we had to come again. Like last time, our family had a great time. William was quick to respond for any inquiries or needs. Thanks again! We will most likely be back again!
Excellent property and stay! Attention to the finest detail is evident on this property, down to the beautiful outdoor lighting, lanterns provided for the outdoor coffee tables, floats for the pool, bathrobes for each guest, a countertop ice maker for large groups …just everything you can think you might want for a high end, modern experience, he had it! The arcade, hot tub, heated pool, and Conestoga wagon were the highlights of our stay. We could have stayed for longer - wish we did! Close to JTNP, which is why we were in town. Excellent rental, we hope to be back!
After a four previous trips to Joshua Tree, camping, my old friends and I finally went for a house in town. We loved the quick access to one of the main park entrances as well as some new to us access points. The house theme is interesting but it was the amenities that really drew us in. I especially liked the open floor plan as well as just hanging out under the cool trees on the property. My friends made good use of the hot tub, pool and especially the ping pong table. Two of the guys have expressed interest in booking the house for their respective families and someone I know is interested on my recommendation. Oh, and the price really was reasonable. We will be back.
This was such a great place to stay at. We didn’t even leave it to go sightseeing. There was so much to do at the house, that we stayed in for the weekend. Very cozy and inviting! The western theme was a lovely touch all over the house inside and out. We loved it! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cooing supplies and utensils. There were plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. We will definitely come back during the warmer weather to enjoy the pool. Host was very nice and prompt to answer any questions. Overall, great experience!
The house was perfect. It had the perfect amount of space, every room was set up for immediate use. The kitchen had everything you need (except a martini shaker in which we ended up donating), the game room was amazing and so fun, the backyard was set up so thoughtfully from the fenced in pool to the upper level sitting area for star gazing to the fire pit and lounge area. The wagon was so cool and we did a lot of dress up, themed pictures because the house was decorated perfect. It was a quick drive to the park where we enjoyed sunsets, sunrises and star gazing. Our host was very responsive and really wanted the best experience for us! We will definitely be back, honestly wish we were still there!!! 5 stars all the way.
Our host, William was very timely and responsive, both before and during our stay. Overall the house was fantastic! We really appreciated the fully enclosed front and back yard for our two standard poodles. The game room was a lot of fun, though we didn’t make use of the shuffleboard as it was missing pieces; William offered to send replacement pieces but we had plenty of things to keep us busy. I really enjoyed the arcade table. All of the rooms were comfortable but the yard was the biggest selling point. We’d love to come back when we can make more use of it: the pool, the fire pit, everything. The wagon was really neat, even though no one stayed in it. It is a nice perk that it has heating and cooling. The kitchen was decently appointed…sufficient standard things like knives, utensils, plates, etc. It could use some larger serving dishes, wood spoons, spatulas, and a couple of more frying pans (lots of pots but it was odd to only have one frying pan). I appreciated the countertop ice maker and a new Keurig coffee machine that showed up during our stay.
Pictures truly don't do this property justice. It's soooo cute in person with very thoughtful details. My favorites were the ceiling fans, especially the one in the saloon which was really cute and powerful.Loved the wagon outside. Even though we had enough beds inside one of the gals decided to stay in the wagon and because she loved it so much. The heater kept it very warm during the night and we didn't need the AC but it was available. The themeing of the rooms is super cute. The bed in Madame Loos Brothel (lol) is HUGE it's like a Texas or Alaskan king and so comfy. 5 minutes from Starbucks and other fast food options and having and EV changer was so helpful. Already wanting to go back!
What a cool place!! We loved everything about the property. The saloon/game room, though, in particular was our favorite aspect of the house. It's such a cool, unique space to spend an evening or two in. Everything else was pretty great too. We would definitely return for a future visit.
This is our second stay at this beautiful, etertaining, and unique Joshua Tree property. The owner (W) was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. I hope we will be back!
