A wrap around deck to take in the autumn foliage, winter snow, or spring & summer sunshine. Spring to Fall, you'll be sure to see deer grazing & frolicking nearby.

Absolutely beautiful home w all the comforts. Huge home that could easily be listed as a 5 or 6 bedroom. Very cool game room and plenty of room for everyone! Remote feel yet close to town for necessities. We LOVED it!

Fun Family Getaway

Large property with beautiful views. Love the porch views and the cool breeze during. Despite no AC you remain adequate Ky cooled during Colorado hottest week high temps ranged 83-91 during our stay. Lots of fams were provided by the owner/property manager. Beds are extremely comfortable and allow for space for families. Has a large kitchen that was well equipped for cooking meals in. Property manger was very responsive. Loved the game room and the family space. Highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was a great set up for us and our group. We had 5 Adults (2 Couples) and 2 teens. There were plenty of bathrooms for everyone so we weren't all on top of each other getting ready, so that was really nice. The teens enjoyed spending time in the basement playing games and having a separate area. Probably our favorite place that we've stayed in Pagosa and we have stayed at a lot of places. Management company reached out several times before our trip to verify things and make sure we didn't need anything. We loved this cabin. We would absolutely rent again.

Birthday Weekend

We came up to celebrate a birthday and the last holiday before fall. The property was beautiful and had plenty of room for all of us. It had all the essentials needed for cooking outside and inside. The kids loved the game room and stayed occupied for the entire trip. The views where beautiful and it was amazing to sit out on the deck watching the deer in the morning walking right through the front yard. Would stay her definitely stay again. The max occupency was 8 which caused us to need to rent a second property for my oldest son and mother. This house was plenty big enough to allow atleat 10 but apparently it was a county thing and was strictly enforced.. Other then that I rate this home as a 5 star!
