House was very nice and clean, beautifully renovated. The pool heater was not on when we checked in and pool was chilly. The property manager promptly walked us through turning it on and within about two hours it was warm enough to swim. Great house with alot of good places around to eat, shop, and explore.

The rental was absolutely perfect for us. I only wish we could have stayed longer and taken advantage of everything this property offered. We were there for the BTS concerts at Raymond James so we were gone much of the time. The kids (grown kids) were able to use the pool and ride bikes down to the beach. The weather was nice. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked and it's always nice when some extra condiments, etc. are not thrown away but left for the next renters to use!

This home exceeded my expectations. Fully stocked with everything I could have needed. From kitchen to pool necessities to baby and toddler necessities, it was there. GREAT home for families. Other family members rented homes in the surrounding area, and this one was by far everyone's favorite. They spent more time with us then at their rental. The host answered all my questions quickly and accommodated all my requests. I will definitely rent this home in the near future.

Perfect weekend getaway with friends

This property offered the perfect home away from home for my small group of friends. We enjoyed the pool, the ping pong table and foosball. The property was clean, and we had everything we needed. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice relaxing home away from home.

Excellent Family Vacation Home

We had the best vacation at this home. The location is central to golf, beaches, local restaurants and pubs within walking distance. We spent majority of our time at the great pool and garage area. The owner was very responsive to all our inquiries. We will be back!

Everything!

A perfect place, whether for your immediate family or extended family and friends. All the luxuries of home and just a hop, ski and jump to the most beautiful sunsets and white sand beaches. No need to look any further, this is the rental you need!

Just bring your shorts and a bathing suit

We went down a month after the hurricanes to help out some friends. The home was really well stocked with everything we needed to cook all sorts of meals. Bikes in good condition, lots of activities right there on the property. Pool was heated and clean.

Friend’s retirement celebration

Great Family home with lots of amenities

We had a fantastic weekend reunion in Palm Harbor, and this house was the perfect choice for our family! The spacious layout with plenty of rooms and bathrooms made it ideal for our group. We loved the amenities, especially the barbecue and pool area, which we used often. It was a great bonus that the house provided bikes and golf clubs, although we didn’t have enough time to use the bikes. The location was unbeatable—close to restaurants, the ocean, and easy access to nearby towns. We had a blast golfing, attending a Tampa Bay Lightning game, and enjoying ice cream on the boardwalk. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, and the house was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking to explore the area!

Spring training

The house was very clean and spacious. Check-in and out was a breeze. The backyard was beautiful with a good size pool. It was supposed to be heated but didn’t seem to be. House was in walking distance to a few bars and restaurants, which we loved. Everyone we met was super friendly and welcoming. Few things that need attention. The grill needs to be replaced, could use some more pots and pans, and the washer needs some attention. Shakes like it’s trying to take off when it gets to the spin cycle.

Nice spot

Overall, the space/house was exactly as the listing shows and nothing more. We only had a couple of issues, like the code on the front door didn’t work, but the owner was responsive and rectified the issue asap. Similar to a previous review that mentioned the pool wasn’t heated, we experienced the same thing. The pool WAS clean and the toys inside the garage were plentiful for play (kids aged 4 & 7). There were plenty of pool and house towels, which was helpful. The tub in the upstairs bathroom doesn’t plug, so we couldn’t give the kids a bath, but we managed with the shower. There was plenty of silverware, cooking essentials and cleaning supplies. Overall, we had a nice stay, owner was responsive and courteous and the home was sufficient. We love that area and will probably be back!
