Your booking includes exclusive use of the entire main house.
There are two additional private units on the property, which are not part of the rental.

These units are completely separate, with no shared interior spaces, entrances, or amenities.
Your stay in the main house is fully private and self-contained.

The driveway/parking area is shared, but all spaces are clearly designated to ensure comfort and privacy for everyone.

Please Note:

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Please respect others on the property. Excessive noise may result in removal.
• No parties, loud music, or events.
• No pets allowed.
• Max 9 registered guests only; unauthorized visitors may result in cancellation without refund.
• Early check-in / late check-out not available.
• Lockbox code is sent the morning of arrival.
• Travel insurance strongly recommended – no refunds outside cancellation policy.

Jacuzzi Use

• The jacuzzi is for registered guests only.
• Use at your own risk. The host is not liable for injuries or accidents.
• No glass, food, or drinks are allowed in or near the jacuzzi.
• Do not use the jacuzzi under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.
• Please shower before entering the jacuzzi.
• Do not adjust temperature or control panel settings.
• Jacuzzi hours: 8 AM to 10 PM.
• A cleaning or damage fee may apply if there is excessive dirt, sand, or misuse.
• Failure to follow these rules may result in the loss of jacuzzi privileges and/or additional charges.
