Enjoyed the stay, convenient to access monuments and parks. Clean and cozy, comfortable beds. Love being able to hang out at night on the cabin deck and visit with friends .Had a place to store our trailer that was easy to get to. On site Dairy Twist was excellent food and treats. Everyone was very friendly. 5-plus stars!

The property was very clean and a cute cabin. It is located very close to sites & activities in the Black Hills. We will stay again, if they provide a larger hot water heater. There is a sign posted that they have limited hot water with only a 30 gallon capacity water heater. We found that inconvenient for our group of 4 adults. Otherwise, we loved staying there.

Mountain Goat Gulch cabin

The cabin was just right for our stay. We enjoyed having the Dairy Twist right on the property for meals or treats. The location was perfect for exploring Mount Rushmore, Custer, Needles Hwy; close, convenient, and easy to navigate.

Great Location!

Great location, cozy cabin, two bathrooms a plus. Easy drives to Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, Wind Cave, Jewel Cave, Needles Highway and Wildlife Loop to see the Bison is a must, also many more attractions close by. Would stay there again. Thanks for the hospitality Karen!

Had a lil trouble finding out which cabin we were supposed to be in, but after that we had the most enjoyable stay! The lawn was beautiful and the lil stream was sweet. We had all the quiet one could ask for.

Hill City Cabin Memorial Day 2019

Very nice, Karen was great to work with, fast communication. We had a wonderful time. We especially enjoyed the ice cream/grill next door. Cabin was very clean and everything you need to cook at home. There is enough room to sleep 6 adults and the kids were thrilled to sleep in the loft. Will stay again if we are in the area. Close to parks and Hill City for more shopping and restaurants.

Not good for elderly

Disappointed that it wasn't a cabin. It was a trailer with log cabin siding. Very nice inside but narrow hallways, low toilet seats. Right on major highway, so sitting outside was not relaxing. Most noise masked when inside with doors/windows shut and AC running. Ceiling fans need maintenance, out of balance, clicking.
