Wake up to the sound of waves and step directly onto the sand from this private, single-family oceanfront home. With multiple balconies, panoramic views, and room for the whole group, this spacious retreat blends luxury comforts with laid-back coastal charm.

The ground floor features a king bedroom with an ensuite, slider to access the beach, covered porch and the hot tub. On this floor you will also find the garage game room, with foosball, ping pong table, and shuffleboard. There is also a refrigerator in the game room for all your game night refreshments.

On the second floor the open-concept living spaces are designed for gathering - from the fully stocked chef's kitchen with large island, to the light-filled family room overlooking the Atlantic. You will also find on this floor an oceanfront balcony, complete with a grill and dining table for ocean views while you enjoy a home cooked meal or local take-out. In the the sun seating bench located in the living room there are plenty of board games for fun filled family nights. The second floor is also where you will find the bunk room with 2 full-over-full bunk beds, as well as the ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The third floor features the primary suite, complete with an oceanfront private balcony, an ensuite bathroom boasting a large open shower, and a walk-in closet. Also found on this floor is another guest bedroom with queen bed and an ensuite. To round out the third floor you will find the laundry room with utility sink.

We had the most incredible stay at DuneRise in Jacksonville Beach. Every morning started with a run along the sand, followed by surf lessons and easy bike rides around town. The bike rental is just two blocks away, so we rode to nearly every meal, making it the perfect beachside lifestyle. This house was amazing for our stay in Jacksonville Beach. The private beach access and beach gear including stand up paddle boards created so many memories for my family. Sunrises from the master bedroom and family room were breathtaking, pictures just don’t do it justice! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was an added bonus! The house was gorgeous and pictured as such. Pictures match the property. Couldn’t get closer to the beach and perfect house for a weekend getaway. Has what we needed to cook and have a day at the beach! One of the nicest places we have stayed! We loved the location too, and although didn’t play any of the games in the garage, it was a cool set up!! Overall we had an amazing time and the communication with everything was immediate! Only downsides were the beds were a tad hard for our liking, and there was a motion sensor light above the bunk beds that would automatically turn on whenever you move… was pretty annoying but maybe there’s a way to turn those off! Other than that, the house was perfect! Huge kitchen, amazing patio, elevator to help with luggage and groceries, it was clean, and we just really enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!
