This residential neighborhood boasts a beautiful mountain view of the Chugach Range and is close to Jewel Lake.
What makes this property unique
This property is newly remodeled, very comfortable, and well-stocked with many amenities. Two kayaks and carts are provided for guest use in the summertime at Jewel Lake, a 5-minute walk from the unit.
Many restaurants, grocery shopping, and convenience stores, along with trails, are nearby. This townhome is a seven-minute drive to the airport and 10 minutes to downtown Anchorage.
