1300 sq ft. home located just minutes away from Ted Stevens International Airport, Restaurants, Shopping, Breweries, Costco, National parks, and Beautiful bike trails.

The home features three bedrooms 1.5 bathrooms a full kitchen with all amenities including a Keurig coffee maker, with coffee , toaster, microwave. Enjoy your feast at a lovely Pub style dining table.
Relax in the large living room that features a 65” Smart Tv.

Outdoor Living: Private fenced in patio with gas grill. Features a gas fire pit great for sitting around or just taking in the beauty that Alaska has to offer.

The house is just like it is pictured. Clean, comfortable and adequately equipped with kitchen appliances, dishes, etc. the small deck in the back has a nice sitting area with two grills ready for use. The location is close to the airport. The only suggestions I have would be to add full length mirrors to all bedrooms and Kleenex tissues throughout the home. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The host was extremely accommodating to all our needs and quick response to my text messages.

Booked again!

We booked this a second time because it was so perfect for location while in Anchorage. It’s just a couple minutes from Costco and Walmart, a very short drive to downtown where you can enjoy a beautiful view for a lovely dinner. So thankful there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and enjoy time all together. Highly recommend!
