The parking area needed cleaned of ice and snow. The area where the passenger would step out was not cleaned. The dutch oven and skillet were unusable and need replaced. We had purchase a non stick skillet to cook. Many out dated products in kitchen. Would be nice if host purged outdated food products in kitchen.

Decent place to stay

We had some issues with check-in as we were given two different codes to get in the house. One of the complimentary bottles of water was already open and half drunk. There was no info binder with WiFi passwords

We made the upmost effort to be responsive to all issues and requests and thought all issues were resolved quickly and successfully. There is property manual available onsite now with Wifi passwords, etc. and we work hard to provide a quality experience.
