My family and I loved it here! My boys had so much fun in the game room and sitting on the deck and watching the wildlife around the woods. Would definitely stay again! Maybe next time it won’t be so cold out and we can enjoy the lake.

It was a fantastic stay. The location was great and all the little touches were wonderful. Extra towels, small food items, coffee and extra blankets were very much appreciated. Plus the kids loved the games! Couldn’t recommend it more!

The Cottage at Long Lake was perfect for our weekend plans in the area. I was impressed with the amenities available. I can see why it would make a great summer getaway. The lake looked inviting, even in March.

Nice cottage

This cottage has a lot to offer. It has everything you might need in a home away from home. From outside space to enjoy or the kids to play. To a game room and board games. My family, including young kids, greatly enjoyed our stay.

WMU visit

We had a short stay at the cottage to visit family for WMU homecoming weekend and had a lovely stay. The game room was such fun, cottage was clean and vey well appointed, very family friendly. It's obvious they care about their guests comfort. Would not hesitate to book again if we find ourselves in the area.

Cozy little home right across the street from the lake!! The house was clean and tidy but our stay was in March and the house was still heavily decorated for Christmas. I found that very odd.

Very clean!

We were in town spending some time visiting family in the Portage area. The house was a very convenient location for us with a nice view of the lake. It was very clean and while there isn’t a washer/dryer the home is very well stocked with plenty of towels as well as everything you would need! Thank you for the great accommodations!

Winter weekend getaway

The cabin was so cute and cozy. Everything was updated and very clean and organized. They provided everything we could need, kitchen was well equipped and there are even baskets of things you may have forgotten, and plenty of games. We especially enjoyed the coffee station and the game room. Our teens and 20-21 year olds all enjoyed the game room and we all fit on the big couch to watch movies. The view of the lake was beautiful. If we were staying for a week, we would want laundry machines, but the owners provided lots of towels, so we could probably make it work. Alsoit was convenient that we could park in the garage. The back yard, fire pit and new deck were very nice, though we didn't get to use them as it was too cold.

The Cottage was beautiful. Jeremy goes above and beyond as a host. He has a little basket of essentials in case you forgot something. The game room was a hit with my son and his girlfriend. The countertop ice machine is a little workhorse. It pumps out small ice every six minutes. This was the perfect place for our trip to visit our son. We will definitely be back. Great job Jeremy,
