It was the perfect spot for my wife and I to spend a 3 day weekend. Peaceful with lots of trees, birds and deer, with a relatively short drive to the downtown area

Pam and Rory,
We’re thrilled you found true peace here at The Bucky Cottage, surrounded by nature and all its wonderful wildlife. The beauty of The Texas Hill Country is truly a blessing.
Be well and hope to see you again some day☺️
Your host,
Sharon and Rick
It was a beautiful secluded cottage approximately 20 min from Fredericksburg. We enjoyed spending time on the porch with nature, seeing the bats emerge from the Old Tunnel National Park 5 min away, picking peaches and berries at a local orchard, attending the Crawfish festival, and of course spending plenty of time in downtown historic Fredericksburg shopping and dining at great restaurants... What a great weekend!

Jeffrey was the perfect guest. We were excited he chose us for his getaway and to celebrate his wife’s birthday. He followed all house rules, great with communication and kept the cottage in perfect condition.
We’re very happy he and his wife were able to experience the beautiful Texas Hill Country and the historic town of Fredericksburg, Texas. We welcome Jeffrey back anytime and highly recommended him to other hosts. See you again in the near future Jeffrey!
