Edgewater West 31 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with incredible Gulf-front views from the 3rd floor with an enclosed balcony. New flooring and remodeled kitchen!

• New tile flooring, kitchen appliances, and bathroom showers

• Balcony is enclosed

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining area seats four, and there are two barstools for additional seating.

• Washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• The third bedroom has two twin beds

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• A maximum of two cars is allowed.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

We stayed there the last three years and very much enjoy our time there. The condo meets our needs with the three bedrooms and three full baths. Our only complaint would be that the twin beds really need to be replaced. They were very uncomfortable.

Great location but building was in rough shape, they had just had a flood in building two weeks prior to us coming so the elevator didn’t work. However the condo itself was very nice and clean with a great view just wish they had a balcony.

Happy with our stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect for 3 of us. We each had our own rooms and bathrooms. Some issues we had were with the TVs in the bedrooms. They worked one night and then not the next. Also, we couldn't open the windows until someone told us that they open really hard. We found out that the last day. The outside of the windows were dirty. Besides these small things, the condo is very nice! The beds are very comfortable! I would stay here again.

Nice Location

We were without the elevator for all but two days of our stay. I do not know if this is a normal situation, but the stairwell is very dark and not clean. It is not easy to haul groceries and luggage up and down. The condo was clean. The wash machine needs the top ring of the washer drum to be cleaned as it is moldy and smells. I tried but it needs to be scrubbed intensely and I did not have the correct supplies for this. Views are beautiful.

4th of July

Getting into the condo was easy once we figured out there are two condos with the same name. We had to message the property manager because we were initially at the wrong building. The unit was beautiful and very clean. If I had to give one criticism it would be the unit had no extra blankets and the kids got cold at night after being sunburned. Everything went very smoothly until the evening of the 4th. We came back from dinner and there were absolutely no parking spaces because people who were not staying there had taken all of the spaces. We tried contacting the property manager but did not get a response until late the next morning. Outside of that the stay was great. The views were beautiful. Check out was simple.

Weekend getaway

The property was clean and right on the beach. When we first arrived we did not have any parking passes. The email stated they would be on the counter and to immediately fill them out and place them in the car to avoid being towed. I had to repeatedly call over the next hour and a half to finally get someone to bring them to me. The answering service kept saying she reached out to the owners and they would be calling me which they never did. I had to keep contacting her to even know if and when they would bring our passes. I thought that was unprofessional and poor communication since it was imperative we have them to avoid being towed. I should have received a call in a timely matter from owners. It would have been nice to also have some type of welcome packet/basket/brouchers…..something to greet us when we arrived! There was nothing! Not a handy list of things to do and places to eat or even the channel list. I felt there should have been something! I have stayed at numerous rentals and there is always something there to give ideas on what the town has to offer and/or a welcome basket. Other than the above stated it was an enjoyable stay. Be mindful that the property does not have a balcony. It seemed to be the only Edgewater bldg without balconies.

The view was beautiful and the property was very nice modern and clean. Unfortunately it wasn't very well maintained. One of the handles in the bathroom faucet was continually falling off. The kitchen sink would not give cold water only warm or hot. I had to ask for a broom and dustpan it was not provided. And this is for a condo on the beach, sand everywhere.

Enjoyed our trip

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view of the beach from the room was wonderful. The short walk down to the beach was great too. Was very impressed with the ladies cleaning every morning. From mopping the entryway which had to be hard considering the amount of sand that was tracked in. Down to the dumpster that smelled like it had been sanitized. Our room was cleaned and had enough towels for all of us!!

Perfect for families with all ages of children!

My family (parents, daughter age 25, daughter age 7, spouse and I) stayed at Edgewater 31. It is the perfect location next to the beach and close to many restaurants. I loved the glass balcony! We could enjoy the view from the inside and not worry about the dangers of a railing. The bedrooms each had a bathroom which was great for the adults. The management was great with communication: responding quickly, sending emails, texts, and reminders about check-in/out. This the 2nd time we have stayed in this building and we love it!
The view is amazing!

Annual Girl’s Getaway
