Southern Comfort is a Luxury 5BR/4BA vacation home that sleeps 14 people and only 50 steps from the gated beach access and only a short walk to the gated community pool.
The first floor hosts a stunning white kitchen, both beautiful and functional, with stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinetry, quartz countertops and an oversized pantry with all the cookware needed, and hardwood floors through out the home. Large great room for gathering with a 55" YouTube tv for 3. One bedroom with a queen bed, 32" YouTube tv, and bathroom with bathtub/shower combination. A separate laundry room with full-size washer & dryer completes the first floor.
Up the stairs is a large primary suite with a king bed, 40"tv with YouTube, dresser, desk, large walk-in closet, & ensuite bathroom with a separate soaking bathtub and walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, & private water closet. Guests really enjoy the spacious 2nd floor balcony with 2 bistro tables facing the Gulf. An additional bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with a king bed, 32" tv with YouTube, and ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/shower.
Up to the third floor you'll find a kid's loft/bedroom area with 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds with an extra twin trundle, and a 55" tv with YouTube & an XBox. Pass by the third floor bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination into a bedroom with a king bed and a twin with twin trundle, 32" tv with YouTube, and walk-in closet.

Frangista Beach has been featured in Coastal Living magazine and HGTV and is a popular destination for vacationers. It is minutes from the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna Water Park and a variety of family-friendly dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

Weddings and receptions are not allowed at this property.

*The garage is not available for guest use. Parking available for up to (2-3 vehicles depending on size.) Inquire about additional off-site parking. RVs and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.

Pool heating can be added for $45 per day plus tax for your entire stay. Pool Size 12x6x4

FREE DAILY BEACH SERVICE MARCH 1 - NOVEMBER 30 (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) Guests can bring .the additional beach gear provided to the beach. Per HOA rules, Tents and Canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach.

We absolutely loved our stay!! A group of 13 friends and family spent spring break here. There was plenty of space, the location was right in the middle of everything with beach access just across the road, management was friendly and prompt in responding to answer questions we had. The house provided all the essentials we needed to have a home away from home. We would definitely come here again!

Best place I’ve rented on Miramar Beach. Great location, half way between Popano Joes and Whales Tale, next to Bad Ass Coffee…. Private beach access directly across the street, great Front porch on both first and second levels, big bedrooms and nice and updated bathrooms and kitchen… the pool is small but our 7 and 2 year old granddaughters loved it and was a nice warm sitting pool for the adults… nice community pool as well. This was perfect for our 10 person visit!

Thanksgiving with Family

We had a great stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house comfortably accommodated our party of 9, ranging in age from 6 to old. The beach access is located directly across the street and was as convenient as any beachfront house I've stayed at in the past. Highly recommended!
