Herrick Cove Hideaway


Newly built home with luxurious design, private beach with 2 private docks. People of all ages will love the outdoor amenities this home has to offer, including taking a dip in the lake; fishing or launching a kayak or paddle board from the private dock.
During the winter months, the house is located only 15 mins from Sunapee ski resort.
Only 5 minutes drive from New London downtown where all the stores and restaurants are.
Time to go back in? There's more to enjoy: hot tub, Sauna, board games, streaming your favorite shows, etc...
With 1 King Bed in the Primary room and , 5 queen beds, and 2 Full.
We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Additional rules
Shower before the entering the hot tub.
No parking in the garage between May 1st and Oct 15th
Swim in the lake at your own risk.
No gatherings or parties of more than 20 people.


*During the summer months, one week minimum stay is required. Reservations for less than that may be declined.

Great place

Stayed with some old college friends for a quick reunion. Place was spacious and clean, kitchen was great. Loved the access to the lake. Would stay again!

Fabulous Experience!

From booking thru leaving, this rental was a delight. Jen was easy to work with and accommodating. The home is gorgeous- actually took photos for design inspo at my own home:) In addition to being gorgeous, it was incredibly comfortable. Rides to Ragged Mountain and Sunapee were quick and there is a nice selection of restaurants and shops nearby. Would highly recommend this property.

Family Fall leaf peeping

Amazing property. Had 8 people but could have easily had 4 or more additional. Plenty of space. A combination of modern and rustic located on a lake with great views. Great kitchen with all you will need. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies. Property manager (Jen) was great on communicating. Will definitely will stay here again.

We've been in the New Hampshire area for 15 years now and although we are new to the Sunapee area, we LOVE the lake life. This home is our happy place and too cozy to keep all to ourselves. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

The quiet and calmness of being in Herrick Cove is our favorite part. Sitting down by the fire-pit or even out on the docks for sunset is the best time of day. The neighbors are super nice and friendly and we are less than a 5 minute drive to the center of New London. We think it's a PERFECT location.
