Large kitchen with seating for 6 at the island and all the equipment you'll need to prepare a meal. Comfortable family room with flat screen tv and gas fireplace for cool nights. Primary suite with queen bed and bath with double sinks and walk-in shower. Remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom with walk-in shower, and there's another full bath with tub on the main floor next to the mudroom with washer and dryer. Second floor deck to sit and enjoy the view of Whale Cove with a cup of coffee or glass of wine, and a ground level patio, also with ocean views and a Weber grill. All new furnishings and bedding. Large grassy yard for enjoying outdoor games. 5-minute walk on private easement to amazing cliff views of Whale Cove. Located just one mile to downtown Rockport and the area's most beautiful beaches. Lovely area for celebrating the holidays or just a quiet winter getaway. Off street parking for 3 cars.

Pristine and comfortable

The home and contents all look brand new. It was well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay including beach towels. Beautiful views and easy access into the charming downtown area of Rockport.

Excellent Stay in Rockport

We had such a lovely stay here. The house is gorgeous and spacious, with lovely views, and close walk to the beach. It has all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay and check in/out was a breeze. Very close drive to downtown Rockport and shopping/restaurants. Would highly recommend this stay.

This is an excellent property; newly renovated with all conveniences; located 1 mile south of Rockport and easily accessible by walking on a sidewalk all the way into the town center. Much to do in Rockport. Owner lives in separate dwelling farther up the driveway, and very attentive if you have queries. Would return.Page Valentine, Duxbury, MA; July 2025.

Perfect! Drove up from Boston. Love the home and Rockport. Walked to dinner several nights and drove less than 10 minutes to Gloucester a couple of times. Fell in love with this town and would 100% stay at this home again. Whale Cove just down the path from the home is excellent for finding sea glass! Hoping to return soon. Being back in the north Georgia heat makes us long for our cool walks in Rockport.

Luxurious Retreat

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The owners are very attentive and respond quickly with any questions or concerns. The house is newly renovated and tastefully decorated. All necessities are provided which makes for a stress free experience. We enjoyed our stay and I think you will too.

Extraordinary Week in an Extraordinary Home

The most pristine, up to date home we have stayed in so far. The facility was outstanding. The location was also perfect for conveniently enjoying the best of Rockport and Gloucester. The hosts could not be more friendly and helpful. Highest recommendation.

Perfect in every way

Everyone in our group of six said it is a nicest place we’ve ever stayed! The location was just up the street from Rockport Village and minutes away from Gloucester. We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday in style. The owners were great at communication and made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen has a great island with seating for us to gab the night away.

Halloween Birthday Trip

Property was beautiful & clean. Trisha was very quick to respond to any questions. Our only dislike, there was no window treatments on the main floor windows, and being on a busy road, felt very open and not private. You could easily see in at night with lights on. That was our only issue, otherwise property is perfect! Thank you for sharing your home!

My family and I stayed in this lovely home for the July 4th holiday. The home is stunning - beautifully renovated with a lovely outdoor space and views. The hosts were very kind and responsive from the initial reservation requests through check out. Would love to stay here on a future trip.
