4BR/2BA Home located in the heart of Brandon, Tampa, Florida this gem is set back in a peaceful neighborhood with a serene pond/lake backyard & screened lanai perfect for taking in the sunsets. We also have a Sandhill Crane family that loves to visit each afternoon.

The first floor hosts the king size master bedroom with full size mirror, end tables, dresser, walk-in closet, garden tub, relaxing chair, & Roku TV. No stairs are required to be climbed to access the master bedroom.

The living room has a sleeper sofa & love seat as well as a rise-up split coffee table which may be used as a desk, & Roku TV.

The fully-equipped kitchen has a gas stove, full size refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher, Keurig, coffee supplies, spices, toaster oven, Magic Bullet mini blender, George Foreman, & more.

The screened-in lanai hosts seating for 8 plus an available hammock, two alpine chairs, & a fire pit.

There are board games, beach towels, & an iron with full size ironing board in the storage closet. You may find the community pool access key fob in the closet.

The 2nd Floor hosts 3 bedrooms; two queen size bedrooms with full mirrors, dedicated working spaces/desks, & ROKU TV's, & one twin bedroom with two twin beds, a dresser, & end table. Each bedroom features a glow-wake alarm clock.

There is a full bathroom upstairs to serve the three bedrooms.

A full size washer & gas dryer are available for use in the garage.

Side-by-side &/or single car garage parking as well as street parking available.

Beautiful Stay

Everything was better than expected. Our host took great attention to detail. Including a welcome binder that explained the check-in and check-out process, laundry usage, local dining and bars, as well as beaches and places to work out. She communicated with us every day and offered her assistance, which was not needed because the place was perfect! It was a very comfortable and welcoming stay. I would definitely recommend.

I chose the Brandon/Tampa area because it is so close & convenient to every major attraction in Tampa to include; the Amalie Arena where the Tampa Bay Lightning play, Raymond James Stadium where the Buccaneers play, the Mid-Florida Credit Union Amphitheater where plenty of artists have concerts, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Tampa International Airport, Rocky Point where there are some amazing waterfront restaurants, & so much more.

What makes this property unique

What makes my home stand out from the rest is that I put a lot of effort into the design, fit, & finishings of the home. to make it feel Tampa Bay & not just some rental that a person furnished with cheap Ikea garbage. I also pay attention to detail & think of the nice amenities that I would want to have in a rental home such as a hammock, a nice outdoor area to relax & enjoy the beautiful nature, full-size mirrors, cooking supplies, & morning coffee/tea supplies. The home is central to all major attractions yet nestled away in a quiet, serene part of the neighborhood.
