Welcome to our luxurious mountain getaway in Breckenridge, Colorado, where rustic charm meets modern luxury for your ski or summer vacation with stunning mountain views throughout!

The house has a main house and separate guest house. In total there are 6 bedrooms and 5 and a half bathrooms on the property. The home sleeps up to 16 comfortably. The main house features 5 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms and one half bathrooms. The guest house features separate entry with full kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom w/ king bed, full bathroom and separate washer/dryer.

The spacious living room, boasting vaulted ceilings and mountain vistas, is the perfect setting to gather with family and friends. Multiple bedrooms, adorned with plush bedding and scenic views, accommodate large groups or families seeking comfort in the heart of the Rockies.

The main house features an open concept kitchen living and dining with stunning mountain views throughout. The chefs kitchen features wolf gas 6 burner stove, double ovens, double sinks, double dishwashers, warming drawers, two subzero refrigerators, wine fridge, microwave, and a stocked kitchen with everything you'd need to entertain and cook! Also on the main floor is 3 bedrooms (master bedroom w/ king and then 2 queen bedrooms) with 2 full bathrooms and a half bath.

Downstairs features the second living room with a kitchenette featuring a dishwasher, sink, microwave, etc. It has a wine room, pool table, media room, sauna, steam room shower, ping pong room, and amazing mountain views. Also downstairs is the secondary master bedroom (king bed), bunk room ( full over full bunk bed & full bed), and 2 full bathrooms. There are plenty of board games for adults and for kids as well as toys and books for kids.

The guest house features separate entry with full kitchen with Miele appliances, living room, fireplace, TV, dining room, bedroom w/ king bed, full bathroom and separate washer/dryer.

We have two main balconies with a large firepit on the front balcony, 6+ person hot tub, outdoor dining table, cocktail table, second fire pit, and grill.

We also have 9 bikes available for guests one with a toddler carrier, clubs for golf, a few sleds, helmets, outdoor foldable chairs, cooler, and more!
