Welcome to our home called the Magicway Villas +Tea Cup Pool at Anaheim Disneyland.

Elegantly remodeled single-family home with a pool and large yard.

Our Disney-themed House is a little over half a mile from Disneyland, only a 20-minute walk! With space for the entire family, our house is the perfect place to enjoy your Disney family vacation. Enjoy your own private gated pool and watch the fireworks from the back of the yard - your time at Magicway House is sure to create magical memories for the entire family!

This 3 bedrooms 2 bath home is elegantly remodeled with families in mind. The Master bedroom has a comfortable cal-king bed and a 42" LED TV, DVD and is beautifully furnished. Next to the master is a fun Disney-themed kids' bedroom with a bunk bed (Full over Full, PlayStation, TV, and games. The third bedroom also has a large queen bed that is elegantly appointed.

Our open kitchen and living area have a huge 55 inch LG TV, blue-ray player, free WiFi. A cable subscription with the Disney channel is also available so you and the kids won't miss your favorite shows and games while you're on vacation. You can also connect to Netflix through our blue-ray player or watch one of our favorite Disney DVD movies!

The modern kitchen has all the conveniences including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, and pots and pans to help make a home-cooked meal. We even have a pancake maker and a griddle. Plates, utensils, cookware, children's plates and utensils, a crock-pot, coffee pot, and more are all there for your use. A highchair and booster seat are also provided. Outside you will find a sparkling gated pool. A BBQ and patio set is also available in the backyard so you can grill up your favorite burgers and hot dogs while watching the kids swim. In the garage, you will find our Electrolux front loader washer and dryer for your use.

A keypad entry makes it easy for guests to get in and out of the house. There is no need to pick up a key so you are flexible to arrive when it is convenient for you. Plus you can make your own personal code so there won't be any worry of getting locked out or wondering where you placed the key. The key codes are individually coded for you during your stay for your security.

We are officially licensed by the City of Anaheim. Regulatory Permit #REG2014Dash00081

Once we receive your reservation request, we will either accept or deny your reservation request within 24 hours. Some requests may be rejected due to a 2-night gap in our calendar.

CITY RULES & REQUIREMENTS:

*City mandated "Quiet Hours" FROM 10 pm - 9 am. Outdoor facilities (pool, hot tub, patio, front or rear yards, etc) are off-limits during this time, loud music or noise is NOT allowed outside at any time, and NOT allowed inside during quiet hours.

*Max Occupancy - 9 individuals including infants and daytime visitors

*Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights

*Min age to book our properties is 23 years old or older.

*Parking, Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles MAX in driveway must not block the sidewalk and 2 Vehicles in the garage. And NO street parking is allowed.

*Guests will need to fill out an electronic Rental Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after they book.

*Recording cameras are located facing the driveway, front entrance, and back yard area.

*NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home at any time. No tobacco, no vaping, and no marijuana or other drugs are ever allowed. Any evidence of smoking, marijuana, or drug use will result in an automatic $500 fine and all costs associated with smoke remediation (very expensive).

*Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to pay all fines, civil actions, and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.

*No parties or events are allowed

**Optional Pool Heating **
Pool - Additional costs apply for heating.

For pool heating, guests are required to let us know at least 24-48 hours prior to the arrival date.

The place was just as described. It was very clean and very kid friendly. We just didn’t know we had to request the pool to be heated 48 hours in advance. Very close to Disney and all the attractions. Everything we could need was there on site. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Great experience will definitely use again.

Our stay was ok. The house needs a deep cleaning and some items would be easily replaced and make a big difference. If things look permanently dirty/rusty/moldy they should be replaced. There are odd rules posted everywhere like fruit trees in the back have a sign saying they will charge 10 per fruit that you pick off of the tree. And that you can’t be in the front or back yard before 9 am or after 9 pm because it’s quiet time. But then the property manager asked to come pressure wash the front driveway at 8 am. That’s not too loud? Just odd rules posted everywhere that felt tacky. Families should know that it’s a solid 30 minute walk from the house to the ticket gates, and we walk fast. Not a negative necessarily but families with small children should know that. The pool is freezing and we asked to have it heated (at our expense) and after requesting this 3 times the owner called me to talk me out of it and inform me that they would only warm it up 10 degrees more than the outside night temp so it’s not worth it. So just know that the pool is not really an amenity unless it’s summertime I guess.

We did two days at Disney and two days visiting friends around Orange County and found this to be a great location and great house. Super comfortable with great amenities. The pool and little extras were fun for the kids and everything else was comfortable for the adults. Check in was super easy and getting to Disney each day and around the area was great.

We had a great stay! The house is exactly as described and we were able to walk to the security checkpoint for Downtown Disney in under 20 min each day. The walk is easy with sidewalks the entire way. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was great! The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. Our visit was driven by events occurring at the Anaheim Convention Center. Perfect Disney Vacation home

Only 5min from Disney so easy to come back for middle of the day naps and pool time. We were able to have groceries delivered with Amazon fresh. The Disney themed home decor was so fun and the beds were very comfortable. Perfect for a family.
