The property was really nice and very clean. Great place to stay, right on the water, great patio and sitting area outside, and nice landscaping/flowers/etc. The host was great and accommodating for our check-in. A/C worked great and plenty of space for many people inside. We have stayed in a few places in Pateros over the years and this is one of the best we have had.

Jason, so glad you enjoyed your stay and we hope you’ll use our home next time you come to Pateros!
House was great honestly better than the pictures it was so bright and clean. The back yard was amazing cooking on that Blackstone for my big family was great. The beds were so comfy although some of the pillows were a little flat. Kitchen was surprisingly stocked with blender coffee machine, hand mixer, pots and pans, we’ve never stayed vrbo so we didn’t know what to expect so that was a nice surprise. Half bath was a little tricky because it didn’t work sometimes but we opened it and lifted the flap thingy (professional name btw) and it worked fine. We’ll be back! Thanks Jeanne

So glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and were delightfully surprised by the kitchen! I love to cook and enjoy that on vacation too. Would love to have you back again.
The property was great, it felt much larger than it looks in the photos. The description is accurate, there are a few quirks with it being an older house, but nothing that negatively impacted our stay. Overall we had a great time and were so happy with booking this property!
We totally enjoyed it it was enough space for all of us. The kitchen was perfect for all of us to be able to cook and fix what we wanted to the outdoors area was beautiful that is usually where we had dinner and talked about our day I would definitely stay again

So happy to hear you enjoyed our home and that it suited your vacation needs! Hope you do come again
House is nice but I was unable to get the air conditioning to work. There was supposed to be beach towels in the hallway but there weren’t any. Communication was not as fast as I thought it would be between myself and the owners. Pretty area and it served my needs.
Photos and description were largely accurate. The coffee maker had a few cob webs but just hadn’t been used recently. The kitchen pans are all small and make cooking for everyone inconvenient. No cooking essentials like oil, sugar, salt, butter so come prepared. The kitchen also didn’t have stocked paper towels. The bathrooms and bedrooms were all nice and stocked and clean. Parking is no problem even with two boats. Be aware there is a siren that goes off during fire season which may wake people up, but that isn’t an issue with the listing per se. AC needs to be reset daily. Foosball table is broke and needs some maintenance. Property is conveniently located with well kept yards. Dock is nice but water may drop and leave a boat dry so monitor flow rates. Park across the bay is perfect for kids. Backyard is big, beautiful, full of shade and seating. BBQ is nice. Outdoor fans work nicely as well as the garden hose for cleaning or rinsing coolers/equipment. Dining area is large to fit many guests and has nice chairs. Host offered additional nights when availability came up which was very nice as I had inquired previously on additional availability. We cleaned the house, took out the garbage, and started the dishes and laundry as requested.

Thank you for your thorough review! Glad to hear you enjoyed the yard and patio. I was surprised by your experience in the kitchen as we have taken great efforts to keep a well stocked kitchen as our family loves to cook. We keep a cabinet full of spices and the basics of sugar, flour and oil are in the corner lazy Susan cabinet. There are also several large pots and pans that must have been hiding in back of the cabinet! I also keep extra paper towel under the sink. Appreciate the info on the fooseball table.
nice place to stay 1/2 hour from Gamble Sands (the purpose of our trip). A/c works great. Showers are OK but worked fine. TV worked great once we figured out the volume issue…(we were watching WC games when at home base)…
The house was fantastic! Great location, with an awesome back patio to hangout on with a Blackstone to cook on and the house was super clean and comfortable. Very enjoyable stay
