We recently moved to the area and found this perfect gem through our realtor - when I first walked in knew this was the perfect rental unit.

Why they chose this property

This development is over 300 acres and it is almost all beautiful new family homes.

What makes this property unique

Our unit is the size of a small home - and first floor access makes getting in and out easy for all. High ceilings add to the sense of space. The bedroom suites are positioned at each end of the floor plan to allow for a feeling of privacy when it ls time to hit the hay. A laundry room right off the kitchen. Everything is modern and fresh and new. The unit faces the back which is undeveloped and makes you feel like you are on a retreat.
