Many issues with this property
Where do I begin? First the good news: it was spotless.
Communication with Vacasa (managerment) was a joke. The instructions said to place a permit in the car---but they never stated how or where to get the permit. There was no permit in the condo which we looked all over for. We called Vacasa as it was after hours and they told us to get it from the office at the property. Office was closed. THe next day they told us to find a piece of paper and write, I kid you not, my full name, phone number, unit # and dates of my stay and place it on my windshield! Basically give out all my information to the public. Fortunately, the office opened late on the holiday and knew nothing about what was going on with Vacasa, but was kind enough to give me a permit. (without one my car would be booted).
The description stated there was blow dryer--there was no blow dryer in the condo anywhere. Vacasa confirmed that there was supposed to be one but did absolutely nothing about supplying it. basically ignored me.
The building has no elevator...3 flights of stairs with all our belongings and at the end of a day of hiking (we are older ladies) was a true struggle. The parking lot was completely dark with no lighting and unsafe. In addition, our last night there, someone propped open the door to the building from the parking area (you need a code to get in) and left it propped open all night long. Where was security check?
Laundromat had ONE working dryer. Never again will I stay here.
