Top Floor Timbers Condo in Mt. Crested Butte

This is a top floor unit in the Timbers Condominiums. The complex features several unique features including ski and bike storage. Mt. Crested Butte village center is about a 5-10 minute walk or take the free Crested Butte shuttle bus that stops right in front of the property into the village or down the mountain into town. If you'd like to stay in and relax, there is a 50" TV with cable television service and Google Chromecast available as well as high speed Internet access. There is a nice balcony to enjoy the sunset from as well.

Fantastic Stay

Great condo in the heart of all that Crested Butte has to offer! Condo was beautiful and clean. When our travel was delayed by two days due to the CrowdStrike/Microsoft debacle, the hosts could not have been more accommodating and generous. Highly recommend staying here!

Very nice place & right on shuttle

Great place to stay for skiing! It wasn’t possible to walk to the lifts due to all the snow but the shuttle was very convenient and quick! Very nice interior and setup with the full kitchen.

Easy check-in/check-out process and accurate description. Located across the street from the main base area so either a 7-10 minute walk or quick shuttle ride. Condo was clean and a good amount of space for 4 people.

Terrific Location

This clean condo is a great place to stay when skiing at Crested Butte. We had a wonderful time. We did check out a bit late due to some logistical issues and the host was gracious with us when he really didn’t have to be. All in all a great option for those looking for a great home base for activities in CB and the surrounding area.

Nice place!

Very nice condo in a great location, we enjoyed our stay here. Couple of quick notes - elevator is at opposite end of building, which I didn’t realize until after I took everything up 3 flight of stairs. The bed in the second BR is small. I have two teenage boys so it was tight but we made it work. The place was really clean.

Perfect for small family

Had a great time at this condo, it was perfect for my partner, our 1 yr old, and myself. As a parent still in the thick of navigating kids’ nap times and eating schedules, this condo worked better than a hotel would have for us. There were 2 separate bedrooms, so our child could have their own space while my partner and I could do something else, just like at home. Also appreciated the full kitchen so we could warm up leftovers, cook our own meals, and generally not eat out at every meal. The instructions to use the place were incredibly clear, the building was easy to find, and it was a perfect location for all that we’d had planned to do.

Nice and clean condo. It was August and the unit didn’t have AC. So, due to the unit situated above a parking lot, there was noise, including a fight one night, so we did not have the windows open. Also, lots of doors slamming at 6am, noticed via the bedroom situated next to the communal hallway. The towels smelled like they had sat in a washing machine too long, fortunately there were clean towels under the sink. And, of course, we did launder the towels and run the dishwasher as the owner requested. Convenient location if you were skiing, a condo better suited to a winter visit.

Overall very nice and convenient access to Crested Butte and the area. Easy walk to the local shuttle to go to town, and quiet neighbors. Good communication with hosts and no issues while we were there. One of the better locations we've stated in CB. Thanks again!
