The condo features 1 king bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, a pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room, and 2 balconies. It is decorated in a cozy lodge-chic aesthetic for year-round comfort. An outdoor hot tub is available in the building during the ski season and peak summer season. One parking pass is available for parking in the outside lot adjacent to the building, which is first-come/first-serve. *Note the fireplaces are decorative and no fires are allowed.
Crested Butte rocks year-round with world-class skiing, snowshoeing, and the Nordic center in the winter, and mountain biking, hiking, and festivals in the summer.
