Cozy Family-friendly Log Cabin With 25ft Interior Fireplace + Modern Amenities.

Cozy log home - about 2300 sq ft - on 2 acres with front and rear decks has living/dining areas on the first floor (radiant heat) with large fireplace, a master bedroom suite with queen bed & 2 person INDOOR jetted jacuzzi (NO outdoor hot tub), plus a second bath with shower. The kitchen has all modern appliances/amenities with a large dining table that is adjacent to a sun-room that also contains a gas log stove with an additional table & chairs. [High speed wireless access & VTel cable TV on both floors.] The second floor has a large loft with cathedral ceiling, couches & queen futon & tv. Adjacent are 2 additional bedrooms with cathedral ceilings, each with queen bed & one shared bath with 5 ft long shower. The exterior contains a 2-car garage with loft. An exterior fire pit with outdoor table/chairs and propane gas grill adds to a relaxing summer/fall evening.
Absorb a stunning view of the Milky Way as you stargaze during any season, take a walk to a nearby working farm, or a hike up to Tinmouth Mountain Cabin.

Winter mountain vacation

This Vermont home is the perfect getaway in the winter. Deb and Ang have beautiful land for all of your cold weather needs. Their home is equipped with a REAL fireplace. Book here and you will not regret it!

Vermont Christmas

An absolute beautiful log cabin and gorgeous location in Tinmouth VT. We spent a few days around and including Christmas at the cabin, and everything about our destination vacation was perfect.

Short weekend visit

Our family had a short weekend visit to see family, and this was perfect for us! A great space for hosting or just hanging out, there are several areas to relax, play games, or just enjoy the beautiful trees surrounding the property. We loved it, and should we be up there again, this will be our choice location !

A perfect ski cabin retreat in the woods of VT

Our group planned to ski Friday during the day, then check in to our property later that afternoon. We were skeptical when we veered off the paved roads and onto some icy dirt/gravel roads, but when we arrived and walked in the doors of this place we were all blown away. The cabin was even more beautiful in person and we were thrilled to find all of our accommodations ready for us. The property manager/owner was always quick to respond to my messages. Overall this place was fantastic.

Seeing the colors

We used this as our home base to go to the Calvin Coolidge center and to the Vermont country store and do some hiking. The ambience was awesome. Inside, particularly in the evening with the fire going and the lights on, it was really nice. Outside there's hills and farmland, you're kind of out by yourself except for the neighbor. One night we just lay down on the grass and looked at the Milky Way. I would definitely rent this again.

Vermont getaway

This was a beautiful house but we were a little taken aback that it wasn’t situated on the grounds the way the photos showed. There is a neighbor right next door. Please read the details of the booking closely because they definitely did not leave extra toilet paper or paper towels. The towels were not great. I would be aware also that the house is very dark No closet lights and the hallways get very dark just because it is an all wood house. It is a huge house with lots of space and the fit pit was nice . We enjoyed our stay. Would be perfect for large families or groups.

Beautiful home with rustic-looking decor with everything you'd need for a gourmet kitchen. Only issue was a mess of flies that buzzed around the big window and were zapped by the bug zapper rather loudly.

Beautiful Vermont, the perfect canin

Stunning cabin in a perfect location to explore all that Vermont has to offer. So much space inside and out you have lots of opportunities to be social or alone. The cabin was immaculately presented, with everything you could need. The bedrooms were well equipped and comfortable, but the creaks of a timber house are loud if you have heavy footed teenage children! would highly recommend in the summer - would be heavenly in winter.

Exceptional rental

Rented this property for a weekend wedding in Granville, NY, listed as 9.8 miles away, however it was a 34 minute drive. The rental was a wonderful place, the pictures do not do it justice! Clean, spacious, exceptional decor, a lot to do outdoors, perfect spot for a long weekend getaway.

Why they chose this property

We have owned this property for 41 years and decided to rebuild from a small cabin to this more than two thousand square foot real log cabin. A year after building the new cabin, we added a real log garage.

What makes this property unique

We chose this property for its remote location, yet proximity to the beauties of Vermont. I vividly recall family & friends sharing our walks on remote trails, the apple & berry picking, and bathing in our small pond when our kids were 'kids.'
