My wife, our dog and my mother in law came for a long weekend for the fall foliage and we were not disappointed by the views or our cabin. Everything was clean, organized, well appointed and as advertised. I worked remotely on Friday and had no issues with the wifi and I was on video calls most of the day. Plenty of yard for our dog to run, great campfire and grill. We had everything we needed for the perfect weekend getaway. We rent cabins often for these types of trips and we all agreed that this was our favorite. We can’t wait to come back in the spring.

Fantastic Stay, even better then advertised.

We had a really great stay here. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house is in a superb position in the woods with a perfect combination of accessibility and being remote in the middle of nowhere. Great surroundings.

I can't say enough about how perfect this cabin was for our short getaway. It was clean, well-stocked and cozy. The location is great with so many trails, waterfalls and towns nearby. Darrin and Tom were the perfect hosts and close ehough to help if anything was needed.

It was a nice pace to stay in the middle of the forest and fully equipped with modern techs cabin! The hosts are very forethoughtful. They gave us a very nice and helpful brochure explaining everything we need to know. And check out was very easy!

Beautiful private vacation

Property is beautiful, and the surrounding towns are quaint. Hosts, Darrin & Tom were very thoughtful in their decor and making sure you had access to most if not all home necessities. Cabin was very clean and peaceful, tucked away in the woods, with hosts being very respectful of privacy. Definitely booking for a future stay. Darrin and Tom also had a plethora of suggestions for sightseeing and activities. Magnificent vacation with great hosts.

Lovely Getaway

Spent the weekend with my fellow mom friend at the cabin. We drank wine, ate cheese and listened to the brook. It was glorious. The cabin is well stocked and comfortable.

cabin in the woods

The cabin is charming, very comfortable and makes great use of the small space. The setting is so peaceful, with the sound of the brook in the background. We took some great hikes and loved driving around the area. A perfect long weekend - except the food in Ludlow was nothing the write home about.

Beautiful piece of Vermont

We had an absolutely amazing stay in this beautiful, cozy cabin in the woods. Darrin was such a warm and welcome host. They had received over a foot of snow into the morning we arrived-it was beautiful, especially because the driveway was nice and cleared for us. We look forward to coming back to stay again!!
