Great property, lovely home, gracious hostess - what more can you ask for? Well, a beautiful setting close to Woodstock, mountain-biking, Killington all provided the backdrop for a lovely stay! Beds are quite comfortable. Love that we could bring our pups with us. Can definitely see coming back in the winter for stayover on our ski trips.
This house was perfect for our family during our vacation in the Woodstock area. Ellen and Curtis were terrific hosts and made us feel more like houseguests than mere visitors. Their property was great for our young kids - all kinds of stuff to do! Ellen sent us lots of helpful ideas on things we might enjoy in the area. The listing was just as described and was very comfortable despite the higher than usual summer temperatures. We would be delighted to stay here again should we visit the area again.
Great communication, spotlessly clean. House is large and very comfy, had everything you could possibly need. Ellen was great, very helpful. Thanks for the special birthday treats for Mom’s 85th birthday, they were heavenly.
We had a wonderful time staying here. The property had everything we needed for our short stay. The hosts were so kind and sweet. Very responsive with questions! They also were so open with our dog having fun and running around their property (which was a plus). We hope to be back!
We had a wonderful stay in Nana's House. It had a pellet stove that kept the whole apartment warm and cozy. It was very clean with plenty of plush towels. Ellen, the owner was very responsive, helpful, and communicative. I would definitely stay here again.
We loved staying here! It was like staying at your own home, there was everything needed and more. Extremely friendly hosts from check in to check out. When returning to the area we will be planning our trip around the availability of this place!
Thanks Ellen and Curtis. You guys have an amazing place. Area is surrounded by peace and silence. Close to all attractions and main roads. Hosts are superb. Definitely will come back soon.
This was a really lovely spacious apartment in Vermont! Super close to Long Trail Brewery and Woodstock for outings. The hosts were responsive and so nice!
The house was perfect for our weekend trip for a family wedding. The hosts were very friendly and shared lots of ideas for things to do in the area. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
The home is spacious and well equipped, warm and welcoming.
Very comfortable mattress and linens, especially appreciated the washer/dryer and ironing area available for use.
Nana’s house has a relaxing atmosphere which made it a perfect getaway.
We had a wonderful stay and felt truly welcomed by lovely hosts
Thank-you!
This is our second time staying here and we enjoyed the location, communication, and space. The bread from the Woodstock farmers market was perfect, too.
Would highly recommend if you need a spot to sleep while visiting the area.
Our stay at Nana’s house couldn’t have been more perfect. The accommodations were comfortable and very spacious! Ellen and Curtis could have been friendlier. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend!
Ellen was a great host-- she was very accommodative and responsive. The property was clean, well stocked, and in a beautiful location where you can hear the river. Would definitely stay again!
Ellen was very welcoming and accommodating! Nana’s house is very cozy with plenty of room. Ellen and Curtis we’re available to help with the pellet stove and to give good suggestions for local things to do and see. Great place! I would stay again.
Ellen provided information on lots of things to do in the area. The house was nice and spacious and the pellet stove was perfect for the start of winter.
Ellen and Curtis have a lovely place which is clean and inviting, and provides a great base of operations for families like mine who want to do some skiing at Killington, or otherwise enjoying the beautiful area. The beds are comfortable, the living room warm and accommodating, and the kitchen equipped such that folks can make their own meals, if desired. We highly recommend Nana's Place.
