Welcome to our cozy, nature-inspired home, nestled in the foothills of the Green Mountains. This beautifully renovated, two-bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome will provide the perfect Vermont get-away in the quaint New England Village of Quechee.

First Floor:
Upon entering the home with a keyless entry, you'll be welcomed with wood beams, a cozy electric fireplace, and a large smart TV.
The dining area seats 6 and is a perfect spot to share a meal after after a day of skiing, golfing or exploring.

Brew a fresh cup of Vermont Coffee at the coffee bar and prepare your favorite dish in the well-appointed kitchen with new stainless appliances.
A brand new, half bath is also on this level.

Second Floor.
Get a good night’s sleep in one of the two bedrooms .

BIRCH BEDROOM - sleeps 2:
Queen bed with new memory foam mattress, designated work area, full length mirror, closet with both hanging and shelves, bedside lamps with outlets, fan (for those who like white noise).

PINE BEDROOM - sleeps 4:
Queen Bed, Bunk Beds (2 twin), all with new memory foam mattresses, outlets near each bed, closet, full mirror, fan (for those who like white noise),

Full bath with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Whether you are looking for world-class skiing, mountain biking, top rated golf, exploring galleries, local shops, museums, or unique dining experiences, this is the place for you.
Or, if you prefer, cozy up in front of the fireplace and read a book, play a board game (several provided), do a puzzle, or watch a movie.

This home is part of the Quechee Lakes Association and offers two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland), skiing, tennis, paddle tennis, and an array of options for swimmers, hikers, and fishermen. The Club House has dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. These Quechee Club amenities require rental. Packages are available upon request from the Quechee Club directly.

NATURE INSPIRED:
We’ve incorporate the beautiful Vermont outdoors into the design of the home including - BIRCH and PINE-TREE bedrooms, both featuring hand painted tree walls.
- The vintage-OWL BATHROOM is inspired by the beautiful rescued owls located at the local VINS Center.
- VERMONT inspired art pieces are incorporated throughout the home giving it a true local experience.
-To provide an ultimate cozy space, we’ve added a fireplace, comfortable seating & a coffee bar ready for you to brew local Vermont coffee.

Awesome place for a long weekend

Very cozy, great kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable. The surrounding area is beautiful with plenty to do. Highly recommend.

Almost Perfect!

The community, this unit in particular, and its hosts are all spectacular beyond belief. There was one technical/communication glitch that can easily be remedied. Prior communications were encrypted in VRBO platform. When I arrived, I needed to access those in order to refresh my recollection on entry instructions. There's no cellular internet service in the area (need wi-fi connection). Unable to enter the unit, I likewise could not connect to the host-provided wi-fi. I had some of the paperwork printed out but none that contained cell numbers for host, or even VRBO. A neighbor tried to help via HOA board members, but there was no response. Neighbor's internet search turned up a contact number for VRBO. Security verification via VRBO was unduly lengthy and difficult. Although VRBO would not provide host contact info, it did finally contact host for me. Access was then achieved. Merely placing contact info on all documentation, and perhaps even on the door, would eliminate that one and only set-back. Still, it was my best VRBO ever.

Adorable Condo in the Woods

We had a wonderful stay at Wanda and Eran's condo in Quechee. The home was beautiful, very clean, and looks just like the photos. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and spices/cooking oils. Wanda was extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions, local activities and was very responsive.

End of winter trip

Great location!

Excellent house, very clean, has everything you need. The checkin process was very smooth, and the hosts were quick to respond when something wasn't working (only because I had accidentally unplugged it!). They did a great job clearing the snow from the house after the storm and the location/parking/access to Quechee was great! Thank you!

Cozy weekend in Quechee

My family and I loved staying at this cozy condo in Quechee. It really had everything we needed and more. The location is perfect for exploring downtown and traveling to nearby towns. We loved having the fireplace and used it every night! Vermont received a lot of snow while we were visiting, and the owners really took care of us. The whole complex was plowed nicely, and overall we were really impressed by their thoughtfullness and attention. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

We had a great time staying in Wanda and Eran's condo- located conveniently close to Quechee and Woodstock. We were able to do a great deal of shopping and sight seeing in the area and this was a great place to come back to and cozy up for the evening. Love the coffee bar! Highly recommend!

This property is a charming, quaint, modern gem! Parking, accessibility, convenience, culture, it has it all. From the many coat hooks in the entryway, easy modern heating, delicious coffee/hot cocoa bar, cozy couch and blankets, modern kitchen with appliances, sharp knives, and just the right amount of pots and pans to the awesomely spacious dining room table which is perfect for family meals and fun board games (which they also supply)! The quiet road is safe to run or walk on, there are some nice local trails and the Quechee Gorge is 4min away. Communication with the owner was great; they reached out before our stay with information about the property and the local community. We had a great time!

Wonderful Vermont Vacation!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this Vermont condo. Wanda and Eran were great hosts. The condo was very nice and wonderfully decorated just like we imagined it would be. We loved the coffee bar and they even left us some wonderful cookies. They go above and beyond to make your vacation special. We loved how close the condo is to quechee village and vins which our 1 year old loved. We also made a stop in Waterbury Stowe Vermont and shelburne Vermont for cold hollow cider, Ben and Jerry’s, the Cabot store, Danforth pewter, Vermont teddy bear and the Christmas loft, King Arthur flour etc. we will defeniately come back to the condo again.

One of the best appointed VRBOs we've ever stayed in - every detail is so intentionally thought through. We loved how cozy the place was, the easy communication, and the convenient to lots of different attractions nearby. Would love to stay here again next time we're in VT!

When we are not spending time in beautiful Vermont, we are at our full-time New Hampshire home; an 1800 New England farmhouse nestled amongst 200 year old maple trees with our 3 kids, 5 chickens & 2 cats. We love hiking, nature, cooking, antiquing, family-time, watching HGTV and traveling. I (Wanda) handcraft children’s decor from my home studio (Maple Shade Kids). My husband (Eran) works in IT but is an amazing “handyman” on his free time. With my love for design and Eran’s skill for woodworking, we’ve lovingly updated our farmhouse, a little home in Fort Myers, FL and now our Vermont townhouse.

We were in awe with Quechee Village when we visited our friends here in 2021. The friendly people, beautiful mountains & rivers, delicious dining options, close proximity to skiing & hiking, village shopping, gorgeous Quechee Lakes Associate Clubhouse, and the old-town charm of the area, made us instantly fall in love with Quechee, VT.

What makes this property unique

A BIT ABOUT THE HOME: We purchased this property in May of 2022 & spent the next 5 months renovating every room.. With a bit of sweat, a few tears and lots of hard work, we were able to bring the space from a dark, outdated, crowded space, into a unique, nature-inspired, comfortable home with all new appliances..
