Nestled minutes from downtown Ludlow, our 3-bedroom/2Bath house offers a wonderful retreat in any season. The bright, airy and spacious LR with open kitchen and wooden vaulted ceiling is perfect for entertaining all your guests. Dining area can easily accommodate 6 people for meals. The sliding glass doors off the Dining room leads to the rear deck with a 5 person Jacuzzi hot tub, Weber propane grill, propane fire pit and plenty of comfy seating to star gaze on those cool, clear nights. The Swimming Pool!! Large enough to swim some laps and shallow enough to hang with the kids. It's magic.

The Master BR has Queen Bed and en-suite bath. 2nd BR has a Queen and the 3rd Br has a full and a twin size bed. There are double closets and ample storage in each BR

The 2 bathrooms come well equipped with a hairdryer etc. The basement has a laundry room, a ping pong table, pool table and an extra room for the kids to escape to watch TV or play video games. Also, with approx 2 acres surrounding the house, there's plenty of room to run around, play, throw ball or play corn hole.

We planned this home for maximum comfort after a long ski day. There is a large mudroom which can easily hold all your ski gear for a group of 6.
7 minutes to Okemo and 30 to Killington. The lakes are 20 minutes away. A perfect getaway retreat for you outdoor enthusiasts, with proximity to skiing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling , leaf watching etc. We look forward to hearing from you!
