All New. Pet friendly cottage on canal. Fishing, Kayaking and boating from our dock. New beds in both bedrooms, completely refurnished. Everything has been updated, awesome screened in patio and fenced in back yard overlooking the canal. Located near the New Wellen Park, Spring training facility for the Atlanta Braves. Close to shopping, restaurants and beaches.

Wonderful stay

Loved staying in North Port. Kim thought of everything.All we needed to bring was our clothes. The house was better than the pictures. It is in a great location and a nice neighborhood. We would definitely recommend staying here. Kim was always available to answer our questions.
