We know many of our guests are visiting family on the island. We have a policy of only registered guests on the property. But of course we want you to spend time with your loved ones. Simply inquire with us before booking, tell us how many visitors you would be expecting, and we will grant this on a case by case basis.

BRAND NEW DIESEL WHOLE HOUSE GENERATOR. Have peace of mind knowing if the power goes out, you will have immediate backup service. This generator is quiet and kicks on and off automatically when the power goes out and again when it is restored. No matter where you decide to spend your vacation, please be sure there is some kind of backup electric and water source (our property has both). This is a tropical island and power outages are common in some areas. Generator rules apply during rare longer outages. On demand hot water heater also on the property. Water cistern for backup water outages if needed.

Events and small gatherings may be permitted with prior request. Additional fee applies for events. CONTACT OWNER BEFORE BOOKING Included are extra tables, tablecloths, extra chairs, extra coolers, and seating for 21-23. There is room in the backyard for a tent. Otherwise only registered guests allowed on the property.

Small dogs allowed. Please clean up doggy piles in the yard. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the pool. Any signs of pets on the furniture will incur additional fees. We appreciate your cooperation. We will provide water & food bowl, plus doggy towels and bed. The yard is fully fenced for you four legged family member. No cats due to owners allergies. $50 pet fee will be billed if not added to the rental. Pets are not allowed unattended.

Monthly rentals not available during holidays and summer months. Monthly rentals require biweekly cleaning. Weekly cleaning can also be arranged.

PRÍVATE HOME WITH HUGE SALTWATER POOL JUST MINUTES TO THE BEACH. You don’t have to share the pool and it never closes. Please note the pool is not heated. It ranges in temperature from mid to upper 70's in the winter to upper 80's in the summer. Pool light is programed to run dusk to 11pm. Enjoy your privacy with this fully fenced and gated property all to yourself.

For light sleepers, there is potential noise from neighboring animals (farmers in the area). Each bedroom is equipped with sleep sound machines, ceiling fans, AC, and earplugs if needed. Please be aware before booking. Yes, we have coqui frogs, but also roosters, dogs, cows, horses, and even the occasional pig or goat wondering the street. Don't worry the entire property is fenced and gated for complete privacy. Farm animals in residential yards and walking down the street is a part of Puerto Rico living.

There were several additions in the last 10 years including a large 32x17 ft. patio with 12 ft. ceilings, salt water pool and large sundeck. Includes living space, dining space and bar counter, complete with grill, sink, & mini fridge.

With landscaping we have created an almost complete private setting around the pool and patio. Over the years the plants have grown and we have accomplished exactly we wanted, PRIVACY.

Master bedroom (queen bed) with en suite bathroom. Second bedroom with queen bed, third bedroom with full size bunk beds. Second bathroom has bathtub and skylight. There is an option for a pack-n-play upon request only. Fully equipped kitchen with SS large fridge, granite counter tops, microwave, coffee pot, blender, and everything you would need for cooking. Dining area seats up to 6. Additional dining outside. Large living room with sectional sofa, flat screen TV, & sound bar. Instantly stream thousands of movies and TV shows from Netflix or listen to and endless amounts of music through Pandora on the TV. Books and games for all ages. Seven ceiling fans throughout, including outdoor living spaces.

Starter kit of paper towel, toilet paper, soap, coffee, garbage bags, laundry soap, etc. are provided to get you started, so you don't have to run out your first day.

Closest airport about 20-25 min.Aguadilla (BQN). San Juan 90-120 min drive. Jobos beach 15 min. Drive. Isabela mall including Walmart, Selectos (grocery store) and many other stores is less than 5 min. Drive. Bakeries abundant.

Available upon prior request is a Pack n play with baby blankets & booster seat. A few toddler dishes available and a child gate for the outside hallway (its there if you need it).

This side of the island has much to offer such as the famous Jobos beach, Crash Boat beach, Guajataca forest, San Sebastian flee market, Camuy river cave park, Arecibo Observatory (words largest single-apeture telescope) among many other sites. Rincon is about 40 min. Away, which is another good day trip, as well as the must see bioluminescent tour in La Parguera. One of the newest additions to Isabela is the world class golf course the Royal Isabela. There are countless things to do in the Porta del sol and surrounding area. We can help you plan your trip based on your likes and needs.

No passport needed for US residents

A rental agreement and pool waiver is required. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless prior approval has been made.
