We offer a variety of complimentary snacks and drinks for you to enjoy during your visit. This notice serves to inform all guests that the common areas mentioned above are strictly designated for passage leading to the listing and intended solely for ingress and egress. It is important to note that this area is shared by both guests and hosts. For security purposes, please be aware that there are surveillance cameras installed in this area, recording both audio and video. As such, guests should understand that there is no reasonable expectation of privacy within this space. These measures are implemented to safeguard the interests and well-being of both guests and hosts.

Our location is central and convenient, situated between Westfield Galleria Mall at Roseville and Downtown Sac, and only a 20 min drive from the airport. We are just a walking distance from Dry Creek Community park which has paved walking paths, bike trails, tennis courts, BBQ and a picnic pavilion. If you enjoy golf, we are just a 5 min drive to Morgan Creek Golf Club!

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please ensure all personal belongings are collected, as both door codes will deactivate at that time and re-entry may not be possible. Happy to ship your items at your cost.
Kindly place used towels in the hamper near the entrance. No need to strip the beds. Please shut both doors before leaving and kindly confirm check-out via message. Thank you.

I loved this place! Super clean, comfy bed and pillows, fancy shower. Lots of natural light. The host provides snacks and a purified water spigot which was such a nice touch! Also, a hot water kettle which I really appreciated as a tea drinker. The parking is right out front in the driveway -- just fyi it is on a slant. The overall feel is luxurious and super secure. Neighborhood is very quiet and residential. The hosts are very kind and communicatice. I will 100% stay here again!
