About this property
Rural Lincoln Tiny House - country feel with fast freeway access
Fly the coop of the daily grind in this Rooster/Chicken themed tiny home in rural Lincoln. Relax and enjoy a unique and tranquil getaway while being close to shopping, the Placer County Wine/Beer Trail, and local concert venues and casinos. You'll be surrounded by wide open spaces while being freeway close.
This is a Silvercrest Tiny Home that was delivered new in 2021 and ready for guests who enjoy the quiet side of life while being close to amenities.
THE SPACE:
This is a 399 SF tiny home, but guests are surprised at how spacious this feels when walking in. The home has a full-sized kitchen with full-sized appliances, gas range, microwave, Nespresso coffee provided, and has a compact washer dryer (no dishwasher).
There is one bedroom and one bathroom with an upstairs loft area that adults will not be able to stand upright in .. it's a short ceiling, but once up there and seated, guests will enjoy the movie theater feel with a TV, DVD player, futon that flattens out to a full-sized bed, and a large, adult-sized beanbag chair.
Although not ideal for four adults, it can work. Guests should take a look at the pics and floorplan to determine suitability. Small children should be supervised given the steep stairs.
If advanced notice is provided (and the girls aren't on strike), fresh eggs can be available and left for guests.

About the host
Your host
I was born in San Francisco and moved to Sacramento with my parents when I was just a baby. I enjoy riding motorcycles and horses whenever possible and hosting guests so they can enjoy a rural yet centrally connected property.
Why they chose this property
I've had this home for over 35 years and added the tiny house in 2021. It rolled in on wheels, new/fresh from the factory, and I completed the finishing touches that included three mini splits for comfort, a Trex deck and surrounding landscape.
What makes this property unique
While small, it affords all of life's necessities complete with full-sized appliances (washer/dryer are smaller/compact) while providing space to our guests and their pets.
