This 2-bedroom Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental was recently renovated in spring 2025! Designed for comfort and coastal elegance, this third floor villa features elevated ceilings and stunning ocean views.

Whether you're preparing breakfast before a bike ride or enjoying a sunset dinner indoors, this kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful.
The dining area boasts a very modern appeal with seating for up to 6. The dining area flows seamlessly to the living area, where a sofa and two chairs are offered, as well as a flat screen TV for entertainment. Leading off the living area is the private oceanfront deck with direct views of the beach, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
The primary bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a king-size bed and ocean views. The en suite bathroom has been completely transformed with a spa-like feel, including a large walk-in shower with glass enclosure, a modern floating vanity, and contemporary fixtures.
The secondary bedroom offers a custom built-in twin over king bunk bed, making it a flexible and comfortable space for children, guests, or additional family members. The second fully renovated bathroom has access from both the bedroom and hall for convenience. It highlights updated finishes and a shower/tub combo.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
