Great location in Duluth if you want access to bike or hiking trails. Also a nice quiet location just a few minutes from downtown Duluth. A clean property with a great host.

We had a party of four and we stayed for three nights. The house had plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Bathroom was well stocked with towels. The house overall was very comfortable.

Kitchen was a great size for 5 adults and 2 kids. The host meet us at the house to check in. Only issue we had was the host being upset that we did not have the kids on the original booking. As well as us having a trailer with. Parking is tight there so I understand but we only had 2 cars and one with the trailer.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay at my vacation home. I'm sorry it came across as I was upset that you brought 2 additional people with for your stay. I really was not upset. I was just surprised. I did say that it was fine, since I am licensed for 7 people. Also, I was just surprised that you brought a trailer with you. It didn't bother me at all though. Usually people mention in advance that type of thing to make sure there is room for parking. I have parking for four vehicles, so as you said, it was not a problem. I agree with you about the kitchen. It is a custom designed space with lots of counter space and room for people to get around. It is fully stocked with all the appliances and dishes you need. It is great when you have 7 people you are serving. I am glad the weather turned out nice for the wedding. Thanks for staying at my vacation home.

Fantastic place to rent!

Wonderful property! Super clean, very close to many attractions, gas stations, grocery stores. Communication with the owner was top notch throughout the whole stay. Would highly recommend staying here!

Family Vacation

Great place to stay with my wife and 3 younger kids, 8, 6, and 1. Comfortable sleeping space for all of us and nice area to spread out inside and outside in the large yard and nice quiet neighborhood.
