About this property

Very nice Two-Bedroom Apartment

We have a beautifully renovated two bedroom apartment with all new furniture, carpeting, tile and refinished hardwood floors. It is decorated in earth tones to add to the relaxing setting that the local area brings. The bedrooms have queen sized beds. The pictures that adorn the walls are watercolor prints of scenes from the Duluth area painted by a local artist. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and utensils you will need to feel right at home, including a pizza oven. The dining-room table seats six and there is a kitchen table as well. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. The 50 inch TV, cable TV and DVDs are great! Wifi is included.

The location has easy access to the freeway to allow you to get to anywhere in the Duluth / Superior area quickly and easily. The location also makes it easy to get to all the attractions Duluth has to offer. That includes Spirit Mountain, the Munger Trail, Zoo, Canal Park and so much more.
