The Sherwood House was exactly as advertised. The home was extremely clean and very nicely appointed. The area was very quiet. I greatly appreciated use of the garage as it made it easier to get elderly parents into the house. The host was very communicative and accommodating. I would recommend this property for a short or long term stay.

Great family stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and everything was clean. We loved the complementary bottled water and candy. We were pleasantly surprised that we got to use the garage. The location and the informational guest book are great!. We would definitely stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Living spaces and beds were very comfortable. We appreciated Matthew’s response to our questions. We did have the opportunity to try the recommendation of Bill’s donut shop this morning. The butter twist donut was outstanding! Thank you for a great home away from home.

Very nice property. Very quiet area, but close to everything. Had a small maintenance issue that was resolved almost immediately. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy! Lots of space to hang out! Will be staying here again. Only drawback is the driveway is very steep and can be slippery during winter months - but we did have use of the garage which was great!
