Great location near the Bentonville Town Square! About a 10 minute walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Clean, comfortable safe. Stairs up to loft over top of garage. I stayed for two nights to mountain bike in the area. Very close to Coler and Slaughter Pen.

Perfect Place

Everything we needed was there! Close enough to walk downtown, quiet, lots of natural light, clean, comfortable, stocked with coffee and supplies. We parked Nextdoor bc we had a large suv and the space was small. The steps were nice and wide. The only downside was very little space for clothing but we adapted.

Adorable studio apartment right near downtown square. Up a long flight of stairs, which was not a problem for us.Cute decor, but sofa could have been more comfortable. other than that, it was perfect.
