Deer, squirrels, raccoons, turkeys, and other native wildlife are commonly seen throughout the area. The cabin is professionally treated for pests, though occasional insects such as spiders, mosquitoes, beetles, ladybugs, or wasps may still appear, particularly during seasonal transitions or rain.
During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival.
Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.
We encourage guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while remaining respectful of neighboring cabins and the natural environment. Sound travels easily throughout the forested area.
What To Bring We recommend bringing groceries, condiments, cooking oils and seasonings, personal toiletries, coffee and creamers, bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks, ice, and firewood with fire starters for the outdoor firepit.

Almost perfect a few spiderwebs inside top of ceilings and outside of cabin needs to be pressure washed occasionally so u can really enjoy the outside patio area. Would definitely stay again.

Liked: Check-in
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
The home had poor maintenance, furniture very used and dirty/stained. Cabinet doors in kitchen didn’t close properly. Ceiling fan turning on at random times of the night. Main bathroom shower had mildew/mold growth not sure how it was missed by maintenance or housekeeping. For the price we paid and the amount of days we stayed the house was not up to par.

Great family gathering
We had a great family gathering this past weekend! The grandkids spent so much time in the backyard on the playground! Lovely place in the forest!
The house was AWESOME! We had more than enough space to accommodate everyone! The kids enjoyed the playground area. The adults enjoyed the hot tub & outside sitting area! The bedrooms & bunk beds were clean & comfortable! Thanks for a great family experience!
Great property that was just as listed! Our group had a wonderful time on the playground and at the fire pit. The host was quick to respond to any messages.
Wonderful house. It could use another refrigerator and some retractable shades for the windows. Also a warning about the lack of cell service in/around the property.

Absolutely Perfect!
We had our first 3 generation vacation and it was beyond words. We had so much to do. Beautiful and so peaceful. This place was so huge and everyone loved it. Close to restaurants and stores. I loved that the host communicated everything I needed to know and things I didn’t think about. I’m already planning a trip for next year.

Amazing cabin
Our group loved it, and several want to book the exact cabin when returning to the area.
The cabin was clean and we were impressed with how stocked the kitchen was, which came in handy as we cooked everyday. Everyone loved having their own bathroom and the two lounge areas on the main floor was a huge plus. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding made you feel as if you were floating on clouds.
Treeline was great with communication and we’d definitely look into their cabins during a return trip. Thank you, we booked for an early Christmas exchange amongst friends, and it was perfect.

Great Family Get Away!
We enjoyed all the activities in and around Broken Bow but especially enjoyed the time at the "cabin". . . plenty of room to spread out, kids of all ages had something to enjoying including the playground and outdoor games provided, Ping Pong table, arcade games, etc. (ping pong tournament!) Just being together relaxing at the campfire, playing games at night and enjoying the whole family was great.
There were PLENTY of TV's scattered throughout the house and wifi was good. We liked the deck furniture, outdoor fireplace, spa and a table to view the back yard keeping an "eye" on the littles while playing.

Great Stay
This cabin was great! The kids loved the bunk rooms and games provided. The sheets on the bed were super soft - I've even asked where they are from so I can get some for my house. We didn't use the hot tub, so no comment there. There was plenty of room for all and items provided in the kitchen that we didn't need to bring much of anything to cook with. Would rent again! I liked that soap items were provided in the shower because of course I forgot mine at home. We did bring extra night lights for the kids bunk room. I loved all the natural light in the house.
Great Place!!! We had 21 people and used every room except the 2nd floor game room which was just too open concept for sleeping.
It's outside of town and off the highway so that you're not hearing traffic all the time but not so far off that you're driving terrible dirt roads for a long way to get there.
Great parking space (we had 6 cars and could have had 3-4 more) and backyard for cookouts, playground and hot tub.
The kitchen/storage was great! We had plenty of space to store meals for 21 people for 4 days. There is a big closet off the kitchen that held all of out coolers and extra stuff. We celebrated 3 birthdays together and cooked 8 big meals. We did bring some of our own cookware and definitely had to use it. For a house to be able to keep almost 30 people it doesn't have big cookware to feed that many.
The king beds in each room were great and I wanted to take the living room couch home with me. The kids all slept comfortably in the bunk room on the 3rd floor. We did bring sound machines since there isn't a door to that room. The age range in that room was 5-15 years old. The outdoor furniture was nice too. We spent a lot of time on the back porch.
Management's communication and response time was A+! They went above and beyond to take care of us! There was a power outage before we got there and the septic timer reset to spray during the day and they had a guy come fix it as soon as I called. He was polite and apologized profusely.
We would totally stay again!
