Nature & Environment
One of the most memorable parts of staying in a Broken Bow cabin is being surrounded by nature. Because this property is located in a wooded setting, guests may encounter wildlife and seasonal elements during your stay.

Deer, squirrels, raccoons, turkeys, and other native wildlife are commonly seen throughout the area. The cabin is professionally treated for pests, though occasional insects such as spiders, mosquitoes, beetles, ladybugs, or wasps may still appear, particularly during seasonal transitions or rain.

During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival.

Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.

We encourage guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while remaining respectful of neighboring cabins and the natural environment. Sound travels easily throughout the forested area.

What To Bring
We recommend bringing groceries, condiments, cooking oils and seasonings, personal toiletries, coffee and creamers, bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks, ice, and firewood with fire starters for the outdoor firepit.

Starter Supply Details
Housekeeping provides a limited starter supply of essential items, including:

- Toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags

- Hot tub chlorine for guest use as directed

These items are intended to get your stay started and are not restocked.

WiFi Disclaimer

While the property was very nice the cleanliness of the property was poor. The bedding was the major issue, most of the beds we were using had dirty linen. We had to also clean the bathrooms because a few of them had dirty toilets. One toilet looked like someone vomited and that residue was still on the toilet. However, the property management was responsive and offered to have someone come and reclean but since we had settled in and cleaned ourselves we declined. They did bring clean sheets the next day because it was really late when most of this was discovered. We did wash the dirty sheets ourselves.
