About this property

Beautiful redesigned condo with unlimited views of the Sea of Cortez. You can see the Baja to the right and the city lights to the left with nothing but ocean in between. Features a well-equipped kitchen, a 5-stage water filtration system for refreshing drinking water and it's hooked up to the automatic ice maker in the freezer to keep your drinks cold. Everything you need to prepare a meal at "home" is provided. Large covered balcony offers alfresco living and dining with sun and shade. Comfortable mattresses, newer furniture and stainless appliances and many extra touches to anticipate your every need.

* Balcony - Large covered 300sf with double chaise lounge, 2 chairs and dining table with 6 chairs.

* Kitchen - New stainless full-size appliances, cookware, bakeware, cooking tools, plates, cups, glassware, silverware, paper products, coffee, tea, creamer, snacks, oils, spices are provided. Small appliances include Keurig, traditional coffee pot, coffee grinder, blender, crock pot, and toaster. R/O filtration system installed for excellent and safe drinking water and automatic ice maker inside freezer.

* Living Room - Beautiful ocean view, 55" smart Roku TV (sign in with your Prime, You Tube and Netflix passwords) books, DVDs and games, two swivel-glider chairs, leather couch with queen memory foam pull out bed, digital wifi, DVD player.

* Dining Area - Copper top table with 4 chairs and breakfast bar with 3 barstools.

* Primary Bedroom - Beautiful ocean view, king bed, bed linens, Roku TV, large chest of drawers, ample closet space and comfortable leather chair and ottoman.

* Primary Bathroom - In-suite 3/4 bathroom with large double vanity and roomy walk-in shower. Towels, face cloths, toilet paper, body wash, individual soaps and shampoos, and wall-mounted hair dryer are provided.

* Guest Bedroom - New King bed and mattress, bed linens, chest of drawers, window view to Cholla Bay, and large closet with chairs, umbrellas, pack and play, iron and ironing board.

Fabulous weekend

From our decision to book Rory’s condo to the end of our stay we couldn’t have more pleased. We have stayed several times at the Sea and this was our favorite condo. The furnishings to the whole set up was perfect. The best balcony(we ate dinner out there 2 nights), to coffee in the morning. Not a better view. We hope to be back in September.

The Best!

My husband and I have stayed at many condos in Sonoran Sea. This is the best one! In fact, we've already booked it again. It's beautiful, clean, updated, and fully stocked with everything you may need - the owner even provides basic toiletries, such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and toothbrush. Communication with the owner is fantastic - professional and responsive! Highly recommend!

I'm a third generation Tucsonan who has been visiting Puerto Penasco "Rocky Point", for more than 45 years! Growing up we could only camp in tents on Sandy Beach and now I'm incredibly grateful for the modest luxury of A/C and super comfy beds while enjoying all of the incredible amenities that the Sea of Cortez offers us. This sleepy little fishing village has grown up and now offers the same good fishing but has added many fantastic restaurants, golf, jet skiing, boating excursions, and 4x4 exploring.

Why they chose this property

We truly enjoy being on "Sandy Beach" for it's fantastic clean sandy beach and proximity to and easy commutes between Penasco and Cholla Bay. We also enjoy being able to walk to 8+ fabulous restaurants and bars from our resort. When the tide goes out it's fun to walk the beach and explore some of the sea life on the reef.

What makes this property unique

Being up on the 9th floor is special and provides an obstructed view of the Sea of Cortez from the Baja to the downtown of Puerto Penasco. Also, from the patio you can see all the goings on at the resort pools and beach from the comfort of your own patio. Seeing the dolphins and looking for whales is amongst our favorite things to do from the patio while playing dice and card games. Being up in the sky where the Ospreys fly is a special and unique experience.
