The space was great for our family reunion. Great central location very close to anything you need. Kitchen is well equipped. We prepped and ate meals at the house and weren’t missing anything we needed. Great big dining room table everyone could fit at. Enjoyed the pool. We had 12 people and were very comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy games, pool or tv. Management is very responsive.

Graduation Day

The property was ideal for hosting multiple siblings and nephews/nieces, especially everyone having their own bathroom/bedroom. The common areas easily accommodated all 16 of us.

Family Reunion

It is a beautiful property but needed some touch-up attention. Paint chipping on cabinets/doors, broken window in kitchen, bathroom fixtures, doorknobs loose or falling off. Also wished there were more kitchen chairs. Everything else was beyond perfect! Bathroom amenities were great, sheets and towels were high quality the house was immaculate. The staff was amazing and responded immediately to our questions and repairs. Would absolutely rent the house again!

Very responsive property management

The property was perfect for our group of 14 friends. We enjoyed the pool and large spaces and appreciated that every couple had a king bed and enough bathrooms that every couple had their own (most were en-suite). The only thing that could have been better was that there were not enough cocktail and wine glasses for the number of guests. However, when we requested more, the property management send someone with them very quickly. While it appeared clean, there were some things that could have been maintained better; there was a broken window shade in a bedroom; a broken Window in the kitchen; not enough seating in the dining area for the capacity of the property. None of those things bothered us and again, we were very impressed with the management communication and assistance.

To be improve

The house was meant for 20 people, but the table and chairs were only for 8 people. There were no hair dryers in all the bathrooms. There were no umbrellas or loungers. In some bedrooms, there were no closets. In one bedroom, the closet didn't have a rod. In another bedroom, the closet couldn't be used because the water heater was inside it, radiating a lot of heat.

This home was amazing! We were in town for a wedding and wanted to find a property that would accommodate all 12 of us comfortably. This home did not disappoint. The amenities were wonderful, and all the rooms were clean and well appointed. The pool was a plus and we all enjoyed it to the fullest. The coffee bar was fully stocked, and we were even provided with a complimentary bottle of champagne! Kitchen was a chef's dream! The Host was excellent and very responsive. I shared with her my only concern in the Master Suite, and it was remedied in a timely manner. My family and I give it 5 stars for all the right reasons! We will definitely be back!
