Enjoy views from the private balcony across Fanny Hill to the aspen forests beyond. This studio outfitted with an efficiency kitchen provides a great home base for your Snowmass adventures!

The first thing you'll notice when stepping into Unit 318 is the view that streams in through the full wall of glass doors. Facing the east, you'll enjoy beautiful light across the terrain in the mornings as the day comes to life. Watch the first skiers as they make their way down Fanny Hill or be the first to hit the slopes yourself from this convenient location!

This well-appointed studio provides everything needed for a mountain getaway. A comfortable couch is situated near the glass doors, perfect for soaking in the outdoor views. You'll also find a flatscreen TV for leisurely moments of downtime as you soak up the relaxed pace of life on vacation. Put your feet up on the coffee table and relax in this restful space, which is tastefully decorated in neutral colors. The studio is light and bright, with whitewashed wooden beam ceilings, plenty of natural light during the day, and recessed and track lighting to create a relaxing ambiance in the evenings.

This studio is well-suited for 1-4 travelers. The queen bed is outfitted with high-quality linens, and you'll find yourself quickly drifting off to sleep after a full day of adventuring. If needed, the sofa also converts into a queen pull-out sofa bed, making this a great unit for families with children or friends travelling together. The bathroom in this condo is sleek and modern, with a spacious tile and glass shower.

Take advantage of the efficiency galley kitchen, where a mini-refrigerator, two-burner stove, and microwave oven make it possible to enjoy meals and snacks within the comfort of your accommodations. With its convenient slope-side location, popping back in for a meal or snack mid-ski session is a breeze.

Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. This condo is air-conditioned to keep it cool in warmer months. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.

You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
