It's time to reconnect with yourself, with what inspires and makes you feel at home. A space full of greenery, harmony and simplicity, where you can rediscover yourself, share a dinner, a bottle of wine and cozy times with friends and family.

The apartment is divided into two sunny double bedrooms, with kingsize beds, covered with Nordic bedspreads, comfortable pillows, built-in closets and dual-function central air conditioning (Cold/Heat). Double en-suite bedroom with bath and shower. Spacious fully-equipped dining room with Wi-Fi, 48" Smart TV and direct access to the balcony, equipped with a large corner sofa to relax on while enjoying a glass of wine with Spanish charcuterie. Surrounded by exotic plants that inspire freshness and disconnection with views of the mountains, Benidorm, La Cala de Villajoyosa and Finestrat.

In addition, the apartment has a full bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and all the utensils you need for dinner, food or snacks with friends.

The space is also very quiet, ideal for stays with friends, family, couples or for Home Office guests, where you can share the moment without stress, sleep without noise and pleasant temperatures in summer and winter, since it is in an ideal location, between the Sea and the Mountain, with easy access on foot to the trail that will take you to the beautiful nudist beach known as Cala Racó del Conill.

Our facilities included a Spa with turkish bath, Jacuzzi and relaxing zone, Fitness room, Tennis court, Swimming pool and private parking space included. In the surrounding area, you will find different options of restaurants and bars, in walking distance from the apartment. If you enjoy good local gastronomy and quality, I'd highly recommend you to visit the Restaurant Puig Campana and its delicious Arroz Meloso con Bogavante; and Restaurant Peter with its delicous Courses in the afternoon. Both are located in front of the beach with beautiful sea views and quality.

Cities like Benidorm, Altea, Villajoyosa are located a few minutes by car or by public transport. Also, I'd like to mention that every Tuesday and Saturday there's the street market of la Cala de Villajoyosa that you can go for a visit or for a local breakfast with its traditional spanish olives, fresh fruits and vegetables and much more and it takes place right outside of the building which you can access using the secondary exit door.
