Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

We love Saida Towers, we have been coming here for several years. This particular condo has an amazing view from every room. SPI did a really great job communicating, especially when the city shut-off the water. My family had a wonderful time.

First trip to island

Being our first time to the island and first time staying in a rental really exceeded our expectations. We were very impressed with the location and amenities. All staff were very courteous, from check in to property staff. Our unit was very clean and has an excellent view. Our family wants to stay forever. GREAT PLACE TO CELEBRATE AN ANNIVERSARY

This was our second time to celebrate our anniversary at Saida 3302. We love the location, view, and furnishing/decor of this condo. The condo is spacious and the furniture and decor are beach themed. and beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped and the king bed very comfortable.. Great viev from deck, BR, & LR.

Our Mother's Day Alternative to Gatlinburg, TN

Our condo was well appointed with the style furniture you would expect in a beach area. It was spacious, very clean, and the kitchen was equipped very nicely. The bedding was comfortable with a beautiful sunrise view over the Gulf with the drapes open. This view was repeated from the living room and the spacious outside balcony. We enjoyed it so much that we wanted to extend our stay, but it was already booked. Would love to return again!

Overall the place was okay. Only 1 elevator worked (another guest told us 1 was always broken everytime he had been there). Fire alarm went off and couldn't find anyone to tell us what was going on. The living room furniture was so uncomfortable and the pillows smelled stale and old. We brought chairs from patio to sit in. The lamps in the bedroom did not work. The rug in the living room needed to be vacuumed. The view was great. We had a good time but would not stay at this property again.

Loved the complex. The unit is pretty good, but also has some issues. Loved the location and views. Here are some items that need some correction: - DVD player does not work - Had bugs around the bathroom vanity. - Kitchen is looking a bit rough. - One toilet constantly leaked. - Furniture is old an uncomfortable - Some other minor items We would stay in this complex again, but not this unit.

We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the Saida Complex - it has so much to offer - including 3 pools, hot tubs, kiddie spool, and direct beach access. During the busy seasons there is even a tiki-bar by the large pool! It's such a fun hot spot. We've taken care of the DVD player and I worked closely with the 5-star cleaning staff to make sure there were no bugs left anywhere. We clean up after every pest-maintenance appointment but the effects are hard to time perfectly. We will continue to do our best to keep our vacation home clean and comfortable for every guest. We use commercial grade washers and dryers, CDC recommended disinfectants, and keep a regular supply of electronics at the ready should something in our home break. Our 24-hour customer service team will replace anything that is not working while you are there so you never miss a second of relaxing time - we know how important it is to not sit around wasting your valuable vacation hours. Thank you so much again for reaching out to us with your feedback. It is incredibly helpful to us in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and comfort. We hope to hear from you again! Thank you again for allowing us to host your vacation on South Padre Island, and for giving us the opportunity to make things right!

A little disappointed

We booked this condo kinda last minute after We weren’t able to go to our regular spot on Ft Myers beach. The condo was spacious with a great view. However, it is dated and not the cleanest and tiny little bugs were everywhere in kitchen and bathroom. We scrubbed down the kitchen so we at least felt it was a little better. But it made it not be enjoyable to even cook in the condo like we normally do. Over all we made the best of it. We enjoyed exploring the island and eating good food at the bars and restaurants and listening to music at night. We could have done without so much wind. So we could have enjoyed the beach more. (No one’s fault) We will probably come back to the Island but stay somewhere different. Thank you.

Nice getaway

Overall our stay was good. Check in process was great, communication was thorough, condo unit was very clean, no roaches at all (I’m paranoid of that in a humid beachtown), and well stocked with the essentials. Also, the convenient beach access was wonderful. I would say the negative is that the condo building itself is super old and not well lit at night.

Great but needs upgrades

The property more than met all our needs and we had a very pleasant and relaxing visit. This was our first time on the island but it appears the location of Saida is good. The condo has a very roomy layout, kitchen was well stocked, great view, clean and well maintained grounds, nice inventory of games/books. Beach access close and VERY nice beach. We were impressed with the “welcome management staff” and fortunately did not need their 24-hr services. It was comforting to know they were available for us if needed. The reason for not giving it a five star is the condo is definitely in need of being upgraded. Very clean, but outdated furniture. The tile/grout throughout the condo is old and very worn. The carpet in the bedroom was very dirty and unpleasant. Upgrade this condo and it could be a 5-star.

Very nice property, nice outside area, 3 pools, short walk to beach, parking was easy. Due to the cold weather & snow in Texas we were with out Elec. & Water the first night, however, the condo itself was great! Comfortable bed, clean, nice decor - Loved the views and the balcony, would definitely come back!
