Large, downtown townhome with a rooftop patio and insane mountain views

This is a one of a kind, unique spot with a rooftop patio and extra high ceilings. From the roof and the front patio you get insane mountain views. It is located in the new south end of Colorado Springs close to everything, making it walkable (and scooter-able!) to South Tejon and the rest of downtown. This house is kid friendly with lots of toys as well as an indoor basketball game. We are also dog friendly as the roof has a doggy door with a little patch of grass for them to go potty.

When you walk in you enter the large open main floor with a dining table, couches and a large open kitchen. The kitchen has a stocked Nespresso machine and a Vitamix. To the right, there is a front patio with two comfortable chairs to enjoy the mountain view. You can also sit on the couches in the living room and enjoy the mountains from the floor to ceiling windows. When you go to the left, you walk past the kitchen, into the hallway with an elevator to the upstairs, a full bathroom on your right and a washer and dryer room on your left. Then straight ahead it the room with the triple b bunk bed and an attached room with the basketball game and kids Squishmallow nook. From the main room, you can go to the second floor which has the master bedroom with a king size Heavenly bed, a small patio and an attached full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a shower. When exiting the master bedroom you can walk up another short set of stairs to the large, rooftop patio with a grill and a table and chairs to enjoy the view from.
