This 2-bedroom plus loft/2-bath, three-level condo is on the Elkhorn Golf Course and has bedrooms and baths on the lowest level, living, dining, and kitchen areas as one great room with a high ceiling on the middle level, and an open loft above the living room accessed by stairs. This 1,700-square-foot condo will accommodate up to seven guests and offers private wireless internet. This unit does not have A/C.

A comfortable living room provides ample seating, a 36-inch flat screen with Roku TV, and a stone gas fireplace. Through a sliding glass door is the large deck, which includes a Weber gas grill and patio seating for four to enjoy the view of the golf course.

The master bedroom has a king bed, a 26-inch flat screen with Roku TV, and a full en-suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a 26-inch flat screen with Roku TV, and access to the hallway bath with a shower. There is a full-size washer/dryer in this hallway as well. The loft above the living room contains three twin beds.

Complex Features: No pets are allowed in Sunburst Rentals. The Sunburst Condominiums are located near the Elkhorn Plaza. Golf, tennis, and swimming are within walking distance. Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Warm Springs. Guests of Sunburst have access to the pools (summer only), saunas, and hot tubs at the Harker Center and Elkhorn Village. The Sunbursts also have their own summer pool and year-round hot tub.

Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through mid-September. Tennis and golf open from May through October (weather permitting).

Construction Notice: All Sunburst buildings will be getting a new roof over the next 2 summers. This building is scheduled for 2027, but work will be happening throughout the complex from May 1st to October 15, both in 2026 and 2027. By booking during these dates, you acknowledge that construction will be happening during your stay, and construction noise will be audible from your condo.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
