Inverness is a 11 story condo complex located on the north end of the island right on the beach. This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is a great island getaway for that small family located on the 11th floor. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and with plenty of bedding for up to 8 persons. The complex has a swimming pool and hot tub. This property is located within walking distance of various restaurants shops and entertainment. Terrible Property Maintenance

Only reason this got a 1 star overall rating is because it was right off the beach. Without that i would had given it 0 stars of possible. Our room was nice that's about it. If you love walking stairs then this is the place for you. Property has 2 elevators and both broke on and off during our stay so we had to walk up and down 11 flights of stairs to get to where we needed to be. Maintenance is terrible. No knows what they are doing. They cannot fix anything right. My mom has heart problems and im glad she didn't have a heart attack from walking up and down stairs like that. Maintenance doesn't clean out the trash cans properly and are filled with maggots in the halls so the air wreaks of decay. I'm very surprised that this place hasn't been sued yet. It is definitely not worth the price. Feel like i got scammed big time for what i paid. Stay away from this place.

Awesome location - nasty condo

This condo was definitely prestigous in its time. The location on the top floor with the wrap around balcony is the only good feature of this property. Rewind back to 1980 and this was worth the rates for a 2 night stay. Move forward to 2024 it’s completely outdated, the beds felt like they were from the 80’s. There were 3 towels in the rental. The worst of all things is how the air conditioner sweats constantly letting the molded drywall sock up what it can and dripping water onto the mildewed carpet. The smell from the mold and mildew was terrible. To make things even better when we approached the island rental office, they knew of the condition and continue to rent this unit and take premium rates and told us they would be coming by to address the issues the best way they could. Guess what? The didn’t show or call. Completely dissatisfied with the condition of the property and the management. I would highly discourage this property, unless you like stitch and mold.&&&
